We hired King Concrete in September 2022 to redo our front walkway and the front of our garage doors. Tyler and team provided great communication and were very accommodating throughout the process. The team not only laid the concrete but also fixed the grade away from the house and installed and buried downspout drains away from the house under the concrete. Tyler and the team installed stamped concrete steps, retaining wall and replaced our window wells and were a pleasure to work with. The quality of the work is fantastic and the entire experience dealing with Tyler and his team exceeded our expectations.

I can’t say enough good things about King Concrete Ottawa Inc. Tyler provided a detail explanation of the project, was prompt in replying to questions and really went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. We had a concrete pad of approximately 1000sqft installed and we could not be happier. We have had many contractors at our house since the pad was laid and are constantly being asked who did the job because everyone is amazed with how smooth the brushed concrete is, how straight the cuts are and how beautiful the border is. The job was done by true professionals. There is a major difference between our concrete pad and that of our neighbors. Each day the crew arrived on time, they worked hard and took extra measures to ensure our lawn was not destroyed. Tyler and crew replaced our walkway and stairs as well as a 4' strip along the front of our garage. It was a slightly tinted stamped concrete, looks fantastic! They also buried a downspout. Crew was efficient and professional, and were able to answer questions I had. Everything was done on time, and they cleaned up the site nicely.

Great work and final product. The new driveway doesn’t easily go un-noticed, and I received a lot of positive feedback on the attention that went into it, the look and quality! I got good ideas when planning, and my questions were fully answered. An estimate was prompt with detailed specs (even available electronically and online). A contract was prepared and covered all my concerns. But they went above and beyond that. They took the time to dig as deep as necessary, replacing soil not suited for proper compacting. They leveled and compacted everything using a laser-level device, placed reinforcing steel bars, and poured concrete well over the recommended thickness. Just as much attention was paid to the finishing details. I could add that the work was completed earlier than expected, as available crew got started with preparatory tasks early.

Horrible experience .....Would not ever recommend ...brutal job, brutal customer service, destroyed a bunch of my property including my liner ....just terrible!

King Concrete has completed 2 large jobs for us. The first was a stamped and stained concrete pool surround and the second was a large concrete pad for a sport court. We did not hesitate to call them back for the second job and we are sure glad we did. Tyler is wonderful to work with, honest, punctual and a great communicator. The projects both came in as quoted and the work is done to our high standards.
