If I could put zero stars, I would. We hired Innovative to resurface the pool decking at our hotel. They did not prepare the concrete correctly. ( we even hired a engineer at the request of Innovative who confirmed the concrete was fine and not prepared correctly by innovative ) The new deck did not even last a year. Innovative would not honor their "GUARANTEE" of their job. They ended up costing us over $25,000 to repair their mistake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My husband & I have used Innovative Surfaces on two houses now. This last renovation was to overlay our entire back patio & sidewalk & entire front porch & sidewalk leading to our front door. We are so very pleased with the work that was done! A fabulous job! Rolo, who has been with the company for sometime now is highly knowledgeable with his job. He supervised our renovation from the beginning. The best compliment I can give about Rolo is his professionalism & honesty when I asked him what he thought was best. I had a hard time making my mind on color & he was a great help! Guess what? He actually returned phone calls when he said he would, he followed up when he said he would, he checked on the proress as he said he would! That's great customer service & I can be hard to please. The 2 man crew headed by Carlos & another super guy who's name I'm sorry I can not recall, were tremendous as well! Hard working, thorough, neat & most courteous! I was very picky about my landscaping not being damaged in any way & they went out of their way to take care of it. As you can tell I highly recommend this company!!! They do great work & I think you would be pleased. I thought their prices were very good! Best of all I am getting lots of compliments on my new patios!!! Rolo and his crew cleaned and re-surfaced our pool decking. They corrected a minor imperfection to our satisfaction, and went overboard to ensure we were happy with the results.

I can't say enough about the job these guys did! From Rolo, who came out to determine exactly what we needed and to bid the project to the Cesar and Sandiego who did the actual work. They are true artists and are very conscientious about their jobs. Thank you for our beautiful pool deck!

The whole process with Innovative Surfaces was a great experience, they arrived at the scheduled time and finished when they said they would, my pool deck and sidewalks look brand new again, i will use this company again and highly recommend there service.
