After speaking to Ron at Sentinel Retractable Screens, we scheduled a same-day appointment for him to come to my home and show me the product and take measurements of my French doors. He explained clearly what the project would entail and the cost. There was an unforeseen delay in delivery of the screens from the manufacturer due to winter weather (not Ron's fault), and Ron kept me updated about the status. Installation of retractable screens in three French doors took a day, and the installer Carlo was courteous, professional, and did a great job. The price quoted was the price I paid. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Sentinel Retractable Screens, and would highly recommend this company. Five stars and two thumbs up!

I was looking for a good retractable screening company for my patio with a strong reputation and found Sentinel Retractable Screens. Ron Ayala was very detail oriented to ensure that the design of the screen was tailored to fit my needs. He was hands on from the beginning of the process until the end. The product was actually delivered and installed in less time than what was originally planned. The master installer Carlo was simply tremendous and was equally detail oriented. I have to say my experience with Sentinel nothing short of fantastic and a pleasure to work with. My advice for anyone looking for retractable screen is to make Sentinel their first and only choice.

Ron and his team are professional, courteous, punctual, very familiar with the product, and respond to emails and calls quickly. We had two motorized screens installed. One had a mechanical problem (I still recommend this product without question) and Ron responded immediately and repaired it in a timely manner. I have referred three friends to Ron. One purchased a screen system and is extremely happy and the other two are in the process of hiring him. I have to add that the screens are amazing. They keep the bright sun and bugs out while providing the flexibility to open the area at any time. Great product and installation team!!!

Ron and his team were always respectful, timely, and good at working out issues that come up with the installation. The retractable screens have worked perfectly for 3 years in the worst of Florida weather, even when we sometimes were not home to retract them during a storm. I highly recommend both the product and Sentinel Retractable Screens as a company.

Ron was a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time and did exactly what he promised he would do. He came to measure the area twice to make sure everything was accurate and precise. After the installation, Ron even contacted me to make sure everything went according to plan and to make sure I was satisfied. The screen is great and we now are able to enjoy our outside patio area every night without having to worry about bugs or mosquitoes coming into the house.

Excellent experience .. Unusual when working with contractors in south florida. The project involved installing hurricane windows and doors. Ron Ayala was awesome .. From the time of giving estimates till after installation, he kept us informed, worked with us patiently to help us choose the best options. The installation went exactly as promised and Ron was most responsive to all our questions. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. True professionals -- great experience.

We called Sentinel for a quote on retractable shutters for most of our windows and impact windows for our odd shaped custom casement windows for our home. The owner came to our house . He was friendly and very knowledgeable about his product . He told us a timeline and stuck to it. His workers were very prompt and responsible. We liked that they were tidy too. Sentinel even called us a couple of weeks after the job was done to see if we had any questions or concerns with the new shutters since hurricane season was approaching. Now that's GREAT customer service !!
