Our project did not start for 18 months after our deposit. Construction ended up taking 3 months for a screened porch. Communication with us was awful. We would not recommend Outdoor Living.

Finished project was awesome. The product start date was delayed due to various issues with the county approving our metal deck, but we were kept up to date along the way. The construction team really took their time during installation / build, and was very professional. Both the sales staff and the construction team addressed all of our questions during construction, and made sure that we were happy with the finished project. A very pleasant experience!

The deck is beautiful. Everyone who has seen it is impressed. It was built with minimum of disruption, and everything was handled with personalization and professionally. Dave kept us posted from the beginning until the end of the project. The workers were professional and competent. The project was completed in the time frame discussed. Also the furniture looks great.

After experiencing several problems right off the bat, the 2nd crew came in and did a wonderful job finishing up. To explain further, the older gentleman who took down the old deck had problems that the pieces were to big. He sawed them off and just dropped them down to my existing patio. Then he torn up plants that weren't even in the way. When he took off my trellises, instead of putting them in front of garage like we had discussed, he laid them on top of my beautiful butterfly bush, cracking and breaking off several branches. Dave got a lot off emails that week. Then the father, son, son-in-law crew came in. In the mornings they would arrive whenever they wanted and left whenever they wanted. The father was only there maybe half the time. I could see the young men struggling as to what to do next. They said they were coming and then didn't. The job probably took twice as long. The next crew came in and bam, it was done within a week. Thank goodness. I cleaned up debris several different times and had to move the cut unusable pieces out of the way to get into the garage. (first crews mess) Thank you for letting me share. I understand that this was a rare occurrence.

Everything about Outdoor Living was perfect -- from our initial visit to the follow-up after they finished the deck. We went with Outdoor Living because I trusted them. Other companies claimed their product was the only good product on the market. But Outdoor Living carries all of the major brands and the sales staff were knowledgeable about the pros and cons to each selection. Their price was fair. The entire process was seamless. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who needs a new deck.

We signed with Outdoor Living for a roof-covered deck after seeing a project they did for a friend of ours and we could not be happier! Bill was excellent to work with during the design phase. He was responsive, prompt and professional. The work crew headed up by Ron and Darren was exceptional. Their commitment to quality work and getting it right was evident throughout the entire construction phase. They were always there on time, very professional and always courteous when we had questions, etc. Their attention to detail was amazing. Our neighbors have now signed with Outdoor Living for a similar project after seeing our results and I'm sure they will be equally satisfied with their results.
