With 8 years of experience, Michael Knott, Residential Contractor, Inc. began serving Highlands County in the aluminum specialty industry on March 1, 1983. We began by renting warehouse space on Highway 27 South and started with three employees. To date, we have sold over 7,500 jobs, both large and small. We currently employee eight specialty installers and two office personnel. The scope of our work has expanded from basic aluminum construction to general residential remodeling. Michael Knott, Residential Contractor, Inc. is a small, locally owned and operated business.
