My wife and I entered into an agreement with Custom Outdoor Concepts to demo our existing patio & pergola and build a backyard pavilion with paver flooring. I contacted Custom Outdoor Concepts about tearing out my back deck and replacing it with pavers. Frank came out and reviewed the situation, gave me an estimate and within a couple of days the crew came and completed the work. The new patio is beautiful and Frank's crew was hardwoking, and took pride in doing a professional job. Custom Outdoor Concepts far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them without hesitation. The difference between this company and another one I contacted was night and day. I am so glad I went with Frank and his men.

We hired custom outdoor concepts to put a covered roof over our outdoor kitchen on our backyard patio. Frank and crew were fantastic. They were responsive to all of our requests and the finished project came out even better than imagined. We spend a great deal of time on our back patio and this project took it to the next level. aWe hired Custom Outdoor Concepts to tear down and rebuild our detached carport. After obtaining several quotes we liked the proposal from COC best, and they were also the most affordable. The staff was friendly and communicative throughout the process. They were apologetic for weather delays despite it being out of their control. The project manager kept me in the loop and thoroughly answered all my questions as the project progressed. The only issue we had was one of the subcontractors left a mess on the job site, and COC quickly rectified the situation. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

We had a large paver patio put in. Custom Concepts did a great job. We went through a few designs with Frank until we found the one that fit our style and budget. Frank was very professional and able to meet us on multiple occasions on our schedule. The work was extremely timely and very well done. We would recommend this company without hesitation!

We did a complete overhaul of our backyard that included removing an above ground pool, a large wooden deck, and smaller wooden walkways. We replaced everything with an outdoor pavilion and pavers. We also had a pizza oven, power burner, and fire pit installed. Frank was extremely professional and every person we interacted with for this project was very friendly. We are extremely happy with the final project and plan on spending a lot of time outside now. Highly recommend these guys!

We hired Custom Outdoor Concepts to build a covered patio and a full outdoor bathroom off the back of our house. The project was completed on time, and the work was outstanding. Frank was incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the process, and both his workers and his subcontractors were knowledgeable, friendly, and talented. In particular, Mr. Delson (sp?), who installed the pavers, was impressively meticulous. Ashley, in the office, also was great about letting us know which workers where coming when so we could plan accordingly. We're very pleased with our new living space and have already enjoyed sharing it with family and friends.
