Carl's Fencing, Decking and Home Improvements

They came to my house for two projects. They did a great job and I can be picky with the work that is done. I recommend them.

We have a fence and a deck but not without headaches and rescheduled appointments. Half the fence was installed touching the ground and the other half was several inches off the ground- after the installation was rescheduled 3 times. It was eventually fixed. The deck was supposed to be moved in a foot, it wasn’t. Apparently there was someone named Tom who was supposed to oversee the deck installation, but he never talked to me or come by my house to see the deck. He told the sales person that he talked to me but I never met him or heard of him. The whole thing was a headache and a disappointing process, except for Rob, the sales guy who was fantastic.

Want to send a huge THANK YOU out to Carl's for their excellent work on my second floor addition (over garage). The addition looks absolutely seamless!! We have received many compliments from family/friends. They were extremely professional, clean, on budget and 2 weeks AHEAD of schedule. The crew and office staff kept us in the loop during every part of the process and things could not have gone any smoother. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend them for any home improvement needs. Excellent on so many levels. Thank you!

I walked into Carl's showroom in Toms River just to get an idea of the different types/options of siding and was greeted by one of the consultants (Jeff). He was very helpful and took his time to show me all the different options and colors. Decided to get an estimate for the siding and it was about in the lower/middle of my estimates. But to be fair, I added a few upgrades like corner posts and vinyl cedar shake in the front that the other estimates did not include. I then decided since I was doing the siding that I wanted to get a bay window installed. I emailed Jeff and he replied right away and he was at my house measuring it within an hour. I had more than a few questions and Jeff had always gotten back to me with an answer right away and sometimes almost instantly. Now onto the install. The workers all showed up on time everyday and we're extremely friendly and courteous. They worked their butts off (sometimes 11 hour days) until the job was complete. At the end of everyday they cleaned up everything! The best part was their workmanship. It was flawless! They treated my house like it was their own house. I couldn't find anything wrong, and I checked daily. I saw alot of places where they could have cut corners (and many other contractors would have) but they did everything the right way. I'm amazed at their quality of work, my house looks brand new. Even after they were done someone came by to make sure everything is done to my liking and I can't believe that I had not one thing wrong. I will definitely call Carl's for any future work!

We just used Carl's fencing to replace our old fence around our property. The salesman Mike Smith was nothing but knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Our decision took a long time, about one year, but he agreed that it was a big investment, and answered any questions that we had, as well as provided us with many quotes until we made our final decision. His patience with us was so important and helped with our decision to use Carl's fencing. We purchased an aluminum fence which replaced our old wooden one. The large crew came and installed our fence in one day. It looks amazing.

Added porch addition, new roof, windows, siding and fencing. Thrilled with the job and the service. Very fast and professional. Would definately reccomend
