ZAC is an established landscape architecture firm led by Sandra Reed. Ms. Reed holds a master’s degree in landscape architecture from Harvard University and founded ZAC in Sonoma County in 1987.
Ms. Reed’s expertise is in the areas of contemporary landscape design and site planning as well as site-specific plant selections and hardscape design.
ZAC is a small firm that frequently works in collaboration with others, such as architects, graphic artists and engineers as well as construction and landscaping professionals. This flexible approach allows for the creation of virtual teams to fit the needs of a variety of clients and projects.
Recent projects for ZAC include The Barlow, in Sebastopol, California. Home to food producers, wine makers, brewers, distillers, and artists, The Barlow is the first business community in the U.S. to focus on connecting customers not only with products and the people who make them, but also with the production itself.
