Red Elm Residential & Maintenance

We called Red Elm, our property would flood and fill with mud every time it rained, we were at a loss at what to do. Mike and Carl came over, it was pouring down rain but they spent at least an hour outside working on a solution for us, wonderful young men; courteous and extremely knowledgeable, They came back with their crew within 1 1/2 weeks; Mike (crew leader), Carl ( rock artist) and Haygon and Sage; they worked for 4 days straight, digging and putting large rocks all around our property, putting in pipes and culverts. They did such an excellent job, for the first time we were able to walk around our yard without our boots getting pulled off with the mud. They also put down sod, watered it and make other suggestions to us to keep it up; I can’t say enough good about them, they’re a FIVE STAR company and the four of them are all 5 star people, they worked they’re butts off, GREAT JOB and we can’t thank them enough, THEY ARE THE BEST!!! We now have a property that doesn’t flood….amazing. Thank you so very much; job well done!!

I hired Red Elm to replace the existing company I was using and they have done more work in 3 months then the previous company had in a full year. Overall they have been great with follow up too.

The fact is when working with Red Elm I sat with them and explained what plants I do not like and what I liked . Then we together put a plan in place where each of the various plants, trees and bushes should go. When I returned to my house 2weeks later everything was wrong. Bushes were in the wrong spots. They purchased almost all the incorrect bushes. When they did purchase the correct bushes they placed them in the wrong spots I was they had to submit some plan to the board for approval but after that they would plant what we picked out. They refuse to change any of the plants and they left me with a major drainage issue.
