Natasha Nuttall Garden Design was set up by Natasha in 2012 after achieving diplomas in both horticulture and garden design at Capel Manor. We work closely with our clients to create a detailed brief that is followed through from design to completion. Our aim is to design gardens that are innovative, gorgeous spaces that my clients will enjoy for many years to come. We have created good working relationships with trusted landscapers and suppliers ensuring your garden is built to the highest standards. Natasha's background in project managing in construction means she can oversee your project for a smooth and stress free experience. All plants and trees are supplied from trusted growers giving my clients a wonderful variety of choice. We take pride in providing our clients with beautiful gardens that are both stylish and practical with exquisite attention to detail that will add value to your home and give many many years of enjoyment.

We had to build a garden literally from scratch after it had been removed to create a basement under where the garden had been. After conversations about what we wanted Natasha came up with different design options for the space, all including the elements that we "demanded". Like the mature Olive tree. We chose the design that we liked most and she tailored it to suit us best whilst accommodating the colours we wanted in the planting and the furniture we had chosen from Fermob. She ordered for us some tailormade Corten steel planters, and the Olive tree was craned in the only way possible, over our terraced house roof. Finally she arrived to plant everything and it looked fantastic on day one, never mind now (4 years on) - the finished garden is exactly what we'd requested, wild and grassy.

Natasha transformed my small back garden from an unusable overgrown mess to a modern tranquil retreat from the city, that I love spending time in. She is responsive, reliable and punctual. Her attention to detail is excellent. Natasha project managed the build for me, which was invaluable. She has also been on hand to help with any questions and concerns I've had about my new trees, plants and flowers and has given me advice about how to care for everything going forward. That too has been incredibly helpful.

I highly recommend Natasha! She was a pleasure to work with through out the project on my back garden. She listened to my brief and came up with great ideas for everything from the garden layout and plants to hard materials, lighting and furniture. She also project managed the process from start to finish and her attention to detail is second to none. I get so many comments on how amazing it looks. I can't wait to get my front garden done and will definitely be using her again.

We like entertaining but we don’t like gardening so the design needed to be a relatively idiot proof, low maintenance garden that smells nice (the first thing I asked for was jasmine). Natasha was easy to work with, adaptive and came up with a customised plan that makes the garden an all year round delight. The solutions for things we didn't want (such as composite decking to avoid rotting wood) and a bespoke outdoor kitchen for our enormous Kamado Joe BBQ have been effective and look really stylish in situ. Costs came in on budget and we ended up using Natasha to project manage some house renovation work as a result of her ability to sort things out.

We love our new garden! Natasha did a fantastic job and completely changed the feel of the space. It was a tricky layout but she managed to create something special. It has now a fluidity where before we had very boring straight lines. Her choice of plants are both harmonic and striking. There is always something that flowers. It is low touch but at the same time has impact. Everyone stops to look at the garden which makes us proud. Finally, Natasha is an effective project manager, from sourcing the best material to discussing various cost options to organising that all the various contractors are lined up and deliver on time. It was very easy for us. Natasha is extremely discrete so while giving us guidance at no point we felt any of the design imposed on us. I highly recommend Natasha if you want a striking garden with a very natural feel

Great selection of very unique plants, many of which I woudl have never known about! Natasha took the time to help me select the plants and trees and was not shy about offering her knowledge and advice on what would work and would not given my lifestyle. Every inch of space where greenery or flowers could go is covered. Natasha provided multiple layouts to choose from, and was daring in encouraging me to go with the more angular layout which actually works to optimise the space. The garden turns the decking and tiled area in the back 45 degrees to create more interest vs the typical rectangular approach. Also, we used planters and a decking platform to create different levels which also worked to make the space seem larger. I only wish I had had more space for her to create more beauty in! The gardens and courtyards look amazing!

Natasha did an amazing job designing our terrace and garden, sourcing materials, plants, trees and, crucially, managing the build project and overseeing the contractors. (Not easy.) We're delighted with the results and can't recommend her highly enough. She went above and beyond in making sure everything went smoothly, had a great eye for detail and was an absolute pleasure to work with.
