We inherited a pond with a water garden and a waterfall in the backyard when we purchased our new house. However, the pond had not been cleaned for years when we got it. After some researches, we hired Kane Brothers last year to clean the pond, the results were day and night after the cleaning. The Kane Brothers crew was professional, courteous, and on time. Jason has been great in answering or returning our calls, and is very pleasant to deal with. Since then, we had used them to do a leakage repair (rebuilding the waterfall) and winterization last year, a spring cleanup and start up this year. They are quite expensive though, but I suppose all pond (water features) companies are not cheap. I would give them 4 ½ stars for the cost factor, but since there’s no ½ star system, I would round it up to 5 stars.

Kane Brothers is an outstanding and amazing water feature design company. They built my front yard pond over ten years ago. Their design is unsurpassed by any other water feature company. To this day I have total strangers who will come by our house and tell me how much they enjoy our pond. They also have an outstanding service department who does my monthly maintenances. Jason and Kelly are extremely responsive and friendly as well as the onsite service guys. I highly recommend Kane Brothers for any of your water feature design project and maintenance needs.
