I have worked with Gail at Alden Landscape on several projects over the 10 years. Each experience has exceeded my expectations! Gail has redesigned my perennial beds, planned and planted a large tree and shrub border, and in addition restored an invasive-filled conservation restricted area requiring all native plantings. She has advised on tree removal and tree plantings and invasives control. Gail has not just designed and advised, but has coordinated all of the contractors needed to get the landscaping done. She has great working relationships with tree companies, landscapers, stone masons, and nurseries. She gets the job done in a professional and timely manner and for a reasonable price. The results are outstanding! I would highly recommend Alden Landscape Design.

We had a great experience working with Gail and were thrilled with the end results. We did a large project in early 2018 off the back of an interior renovation and needed a lot of help with a yard that was very overgrown. Gail had a great vision for the project that was well aligned with our goals. The project was on schedule and at budget and Gail was very attentive throughout. That included allowing us to weave in some of our own side projects like incorporating a shed and participating in the construction of a raised bed vegetable garden. The team that did the work was there daily from 7 to 7 and reacted quickly to our feedback as we suggested tweaks and changes, never complaining when we moved things around multiple times until everything was perfect. We would recommend Gail and Alden Design highly.

We hired Alden Landscape Design to help us plan an attractive parking area in a small space. Gail Alden, with wonderful knowledge and extreme patience, listened closely to our thoughts, fears and desires. She developed a plan that has turned out beautifully.
