Advance Designs is looking forward to producing a creative solution to your landscaping needs. Advance Designs Land and Waterscapes is a family owned and operated business that is proud of all the work they perform. In 1987, Jason Kambach had a vision of someday owning and operating his own landscape business. In the meantime he worked at local landscape companies while attending MSU and received a degree in Horticulture and Architectural design. After college Jason went on trying to pursue his career choice by turning his visions into reality. During his pursuit he married his long time love, Cissielya and together they relocated to Northern Michigan and started what was originally known as Advance Designs Landscapes, Inc. The business has grown from a small 5 man crew landscaping area homes and businesses, into a crew of approximately 27 workers and 4 crew leaders completing large residential and commercial jobs throughout the states of Michigan, Colorado and soon Florida. Jason and Cissielya are very involved in all aspects of their company. They are very hands on in making sure that the jobs are done in the way they see fit from start to finish and that the customer is satisfied. With Cissielya's creativity and training combined she was able to broaden the horizons for the company. She's been able to expand it from not being just "another" landscaping company, but into being a full service land and water design firm that specializes in waterfalls, ponds and all other water features. With her background and training she is also able to provide a full consultation service helping you find the perfect land and waterscapes for your property.
