I chose STOR-X Organizing Systems to do my newly painted small walk in closet as I was tired of having just the wire shelving all these years. The process was very easy. Jason came to the house and quickly did a few designs. It all depends on how many shelves, drawers and hanging space you want. Keep in mind that drawers cost more. There is a bit of a wait after you approve the design you want and the installation as it comes from BC. I am so happy with my new closet. It’s small but very functional. Jason was a pleasure to work with. He knows his stuff.

We are very pleased working with Jason of STOR-X for our wall/office unit in the basement. He is professional, on time, and respectful of your property. We really like the design consultation process. Jason was upfront and we were able to bounce off ideas to each other to arrive at the final result that we really like. We like that you can see the final product on his laptop and there's a detailed breakdown of the cost. During the install, it was a challenge bringing in the big mdf materials to our basement, however, Jason was very careful not to damage our walls and stairs. We were pleased with the quality and Jason addressed the little details that we wanted to achieve the perfect product. We had a wonderful experience with Jason from start to finish. Initial contact after we reached out was prompt and we were able to set up a consultation appointment immediately. The consultation itself was very informative. Jason went through different design options/layouts for us to decide on which ones worked best for our needs. Lastly, installation day went perfect. It took one day as planned and all closets were fully completed and ready for us to move our clothes back in!

Our experience was excellent. Jason arrived on time, measured and then gave us 3D views of our options both for layout and materials. He then made it clear what we were responsible for and what was included in the proposal. Later that evening we recieved the proposal and and accepted requiring a 50% downpayment. The material arrived in time for the agreed upon installation date. He arrived on time and completed the installation as scheduled. The site was cleaned up and he familiarized us with the equipment My training in construction always taught me that on a scale of 1 to 5 that a 5 is not achievable but i give both the quality of material, service and installation 5 out if 5.

Extremely pleased with our Laundry Room storage that Jason completed for us. During his first visit he created a 3D model of several different designs to show us what the room could look like with different layouts. Jason was very accommodating with making any changes during the design phase. Overall we are very pleased with the final result and would use STOR-X again in the future.

About 6 years ago I had California Closets do an installation for me. I had my contractor buddy uninstall the California Closets and reinstall them in a downstairs bedroom. With this downstairs bedroom I had more room to install an additional closet area so I naturally contacted California Closets. They quoted me $1200, but if I wanted the “nice baskets”, they wanted $2200. I originally thought this was a bit high because 6 years ago I paid $3500 for a full bedroom California Closets. I understand prices increase but not that much. I set out to do some research, and phone some other closet companies for quotes. Jason had found a color that was very close to match my current California Closets. The job turned out great and he was a bit cheaper. Quality is just as good. Plus he convinced me to go with drawers rather than baskets. In addition, my wife pulled a fastball on me and had Jason install a closet in our upstairs bedroom which also turned out nice. It is a standard 4 foot by 2 foot closet that is difficult to store items in. It’s now much better..!

I love my pantry to be organized and it was just not possible with this pantry. It was tall and deep and very dated. I tried living with it and it just made me frustrated. Stor-X understood my frustrations and fixed it. A quick timeline and cost effective. Now I just have to complete the remaining steps - get the door and trim painted.

I had absolutely zero hope for my tiny walk-in closet in my new house - seriously, absolutely zero hope as it is so small.
