Julie Pandya is the founder of Home Strategies LLC, a home organizing and redesign firm based in Arlington, Virginia. Julie’s passion has always been helping people find solutions to their problems. In every project, Julie strives for a result that leaves the client’s space clean and organized and a place that works as intended. Her strategic and process-driven nature allows her to help clients organize a space to the fullest potential. Before going into organizing and launching Home Strategies LLC, Julie spent a decade in the building industry focusing on energy efficiency and technology-planning in commercial structures. During that time, Julie obtained the exclusive LEED AP credentials (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design — Accredited Professional). This background in environmental design can help bring a green element to any project. Most importantly though, Julie has two young children, so she understands how to organize a space and develop processes that can work for any age and how organization can help families and their homes run smoothly. Julie earned a Bachelor of Science/Engineering (BSE) degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. At Michigan, Julie won an NCAA championship and was a four-year letterwinner as a member of the varsity rowing team. Julie is a proud member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers).
