ClutterSOS begins the process with a complimentary phone consultation to get to know one another. During this introductory time, we’ll listen to your goals, discuss the organizing and decision-making process, and answer your questions about working with us. We know that reaching out to a professional organizer is a new experience for you, so rest assured you’ll be treated with courtesy and kindness.
If we seem to be a good fit, we’ll schedule a convenient time to work together. Our organizing sessions are generally three hours in length. At our first visit, we’ll spend the first hour or so doing an in-depth assessment of your home. We will ask for a tour so we can see what’s working and what’s not, and we’ll talk about your vision and goals for the space. Once we view your space and understand your needs, we’ll create a plan to help you reach your goals quickly and efficiently.
With that vision in mind, we want you to see results that very first session, so we’ll dig right in! The remainder of the time will be spent working together to organize and beautify a space of your choosing. As we wrap up, we’ll set a date for our next session, if you choose to continue the organizing process. (And we hope you will. The results will be life-changing!)
