Smokestack Studios® provides handmade industrial and rustic style home decor solutions from our centrally located workshop in the heartland of America. It's safety first here at Smokestack Studios. For that reason, my wife and I choose all of our materials from NEW inventory so our customers won't be put at risk from deadly mold, rot, lead paint, bacteria, and bugs that could possibly be living within reclaimed wood and piping that has not gone through the arduous, but required, cleansing processes. Our 'Select' category of merchandise includes rough sawn lumber that we source from a locally owned mill on the Missouri River. We are able to acquire an assortment of hardwoods and natural edge slabs as an option for local customers which compliments every piece by providing a unique blend of unrefined beauty. We know the importance of a reliable American hand crafted product, and that's why we strive to not only meet, but exceed your expectations by personally building, inspecting, and verifying the integrity of our entire inventory from our home right here in Missouri. That being said, obtaining parts from American owned businesses is our priority whenever possible. After we approve our materials, we personally and meticulously sand, polish, distress, assemble, seal, and finish everything to provide you with the antique character and quality of worlds past that we, ourselves, desire.
