Silvana is wonderful to work with and her furniture's quality is beyond compare. She helped me stage my home when we were ready to put it on the market. She not only personally came to my home and brought some beautiful pieces from her showroom, but she also helped me work with my own furniture to make the entire house look like a model home. She gave me lots of advice on how to make everything as appealing as possible to our potential buyers - she is very warm and easy to work with. Her advice was invaluable. We got four offers the day after our open house, and I believe it was due to Silvana's personal attention to detail and the beauty of her furniture. Now that it's time to give the furniture back, we find we can't part with a few pieces and are going to purchase them, knowing that this furniture will last forever. It is so beautifully made. It is all solid wood and has a classic yet unique style that will look beautiful in our home for years to come. I will be passing this furniture on to my children - it's going to last that long. I highly recommend Silvana for home staging, design, or just purchasing furniture that is a worthwhile investment.

The lamp and mango dish I bought were exactly what I was looking for. We are moving into a new home and when I saw them they were want I wanted to decorate the house with. I plan on buying more decorations items from this company. We will be leaving Hawaii in July moving to South Carolina and I plan on getting more items from them soon.

Bought 3 pieces of furniture from Silvana, all solid wood and beautiful. They fulfill a sorely needed niche in lack of solid good wood pieces here in Honolulu. Very good quality and service. We'll definitely shop there again.

Ms. Shull and her staff have been absolutely great and very professional. We will buy again from them in the future. Sil Vana Furniture was first introduced to us when we lived in Tokyo (2007). We bought the Nuwa King-size Bed and matching night stands. Immediately, we fell in love with the design and feel of the furniture. We were so thrilled to find the Sil Vana Furniture showroom when we moved to Honolulu in 2013, we bought the matching Nuwa 5-drawer and 12-drawer chest on the spot. There was a little challenge in the delivery, but everything worked out great in the end.

Sil Vana provided a very personal touch to the furniture buying experience. We were able to adjust a bad design to perfectly fit our space - yes we have a custom made bed that didn't break the bank! She understands that furniture is meant to be a lifelong vestment, therefore it needs to be solid, versatile, and timeless. She fills a niche in the Hawaii market that was severely lacking.

We had been looking for a media console and coffee table for over 2 years and thought that we had exhausted all options on Oahu. From the moment we entered the SiL Vana showroom, we knew that our search was over. The warm and friendly design team welcomed us and guided us through their showroom. Within minutes, we spotted an elegantly designed media console of beautifully crafted mango wood, now a perfect addition to our living room. Silvana took the time to listen and we felt confident that she understood our needs. She presented some coffee table options from her collection and now our order has been placed and we can’t wait for our new coffee table to arrive! There are so many unique and beautiful pieces in the showroom and the on the online catalog. I went there to look for items for a new house in April and ended up purchasing three pieces after looking at all the local furniture shops including INspiration and Pacific Home. The furniture is well-made and a good value for the price, when compared to the other stores. I absolutely did not want "mass produced" for my pieces, and ended up with a simple side board, a gorgeous Mango wood table that looks like a neutral-toned curly koa, and matching open shelving. The pieces have a satisfying yet not overwhelming Japanese influence in their simplicity and focus on the gorgeous wood and craftsmanship, and can easily work with many different styles. The pieces lacked that horrible chemical smell that cheaper furniture sometimes has when you open them. The customer service was phenomenal, with personal attention and a very warm welcome from the owner. The showroom displays a keen eye and obvious love of design, and skill at bringing the beauty of nature into the living or work space. I would highly recommend this company for the high-quality, high-value and beautiful products for the home or business, and for the warm and exceptional customer care. I already have my eye on more pieces...

It is a new store and so I went to look at the furniture. I loved the pieces because they reflect a Asian flair which would match my decor. The furniture is well made and solid. I also liked the fact that they are willing to customize pieces to fit your vision. They were very helpful and very friendly. Willing to work with you to meet your needs. Thank you

We are changing the furnishings in our TV room and living room. Silvana was very knowledgeable and really listened to our needs. We have ordered furnishings that are beautiful - but also appropriate in size, style and color for our home. We loved everything in the catalog - so many fabulous options. When we did make our selection we found the prices to be very competitive and an excellent value. We went home with two fantastic lamps - and look forward to our ordered pieces (and I expect we will be back again soon).

Sil Vana Fine Furniture is a hidden gem. Tucked in a corner on Kapahulu Avenue, the showroom is warm and inviting. Where to look first? There are beautiful and unusual pieces everywhere you look. It pays to have Silvana walk you through as I saw some tables that were made for Hawaii's small spaces...small footprint for everyday and the surface greatly expands for projects or company. She also goes into exquisite detail about each piece of furniture...type of wood, how you can customize it for your own space. Love, love this place.
