Pam listened to our ideas and guided us to achieve the warm and comfortable room we had hoped for. She came up with a floor plan, recommended the beautiful fabrics and leathers to complete our look. She also assisted us in selecting fabrics to re-upholster two existing chairs and a rocker to coordinate with our new furniture selections. Most important she routinely communicated with us on the progress of our project. I never had to call her to find out the status of our furnishings. Pam has been great! I have been trying to give my home a refresh starting with the sunroom. She helped me find a new sofa and love seat to get me started. Pam has been very responsive, whenever I texted her she texted me right back or when I called and left a message she was very good about getting back to me. She also keeps me in mind if she sees something on the floor that would look good in my home.

Pam helped us design updates for our family room and living room and was very creative in helping us select the furniture and accessories. She made home visits and is still providing excellent design ideas for us.

I purchased an upholstered chair and loveseat this past summer at Ethan Allen furniture store in Naperville, IL. Pamela Carron was the design consultant for both purchases. She was very helpful in selecting the chair and loveseat appropriate for my small townhome, as well as the material and pattern for both pieces of furniture. Both pieces of furniture were well within my budget and were delivered a timely manner. She is a true professional, extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Pam. We were so lost with what to do in our living room after buying a new house and realizing our old furniture would not work in our new space. We came in and Pam was patient with us, very knowledgeable, and had great ideas! She even came to our home to measure and with fabric swatches to choose great colors to go with our paint color. Pam designed the living room at our Lake house in Northern Michigan. We live in Texas and she is in Naperville, Il., but it didn’t seem to be a problem. It is gorgeous! The wood pieces and fabric pieces blend together beautifully and it is cozy and comfortable. We couldn’t be more pleased.

We have worked with 6 decorators over 34 years of marriage. Pam Carron has been, by far, the most pleasant and knowledgable decorator we dealt with. Pam easily incorporated some of our existing pieces allowing us to purchase only what we needed and stay within budget. She came to our home and meticulously positioned furniture and accessories. I needed a whole living room design. She came out to my house to view the room the same day of first contact. She had my design done within 2 days. Although I only gave her bare bones ideas of what I wanted, she was able to create what I knew I wanted but couldn't describe, everything from fabric choices, style of furniture and artwork. Because of how quickly she came up with the design and how spot on she was, I was about to take advantage of a big sale they had at that time. I just received the final pieces at my home and the whole room is beautiful!!! I couldn't be happier. She was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. I will be calling her again for my next design.
