Al and his team renovated/upgraded our bathroom this fall/winter after the discovery of extensive water damage. We are very satisfied with our new bathroom; it is high quality in terms of aesthetics and functionality. We are especially thrilled with the shower with custom laser cut glass and the rain shower head; it feels luxurious and is amazing to use (best shower we have ever had!). Other details such as the heated floor, shower nook, LED mirror, glass shelves, etc... really elevate the room (all recommended by Al). We are very grateful that Al could organize/complete everything very quickly and safely during these difficult COVID times. Additionally, we were overseas but the entire process was smooth thanks to Al. Al went out of his way to find the best products, help us take quick decisions and had great advice/taste in design. I hired Pacific Living Interiors to build me an end table to my Island. I wanted a heavy butcher block style of top while utilizing the existing spindle legs that were in place. I got a few quotes which were fairly similar in price. I decided to hire them as they appear to have a good track record with examples of great looking projects. I was pleasantly surprised to see the care and attention Al took on verifying my design, type and finish of wood, and how that would marry up to the existing Island. The build took about 1 week and the install a couple hours. The install was clean and quick. They arrived on time and clean up after themselves with no disruption. More importantly the end product exceeded my expectations. These guys have the attention to detail and a high standard of excellence which aligns with my wants. If you want an above average contractor for a fair price, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pacific Living Interiors for any job.

I recently completed my second home project with Al and his team. The first one was a custom live edge mantelpiece and fireplace remodel, which almost two years later, I'm still very much in love with. Most recently, we did a full kitchen renovation and I could not be more thrilled with the end result. Al's recommended tradespeople were all professional and top notch. I was rarely available at home throughout the project, but there was never a security concern. Al also made excellent design recommendations and respected my budget. He was frank with me when he felt that something was impractical or costly. He was always prompt to respond to texts/calls. Invoices were regularly updated and transparent. I would definitely work with Pacific Living Interiors again.

After researching few companies in the Tri City, including Home Depot, we finally settled on Pacific Living Interiors for our kitchen renovation. Renovations are stressful, especially kitchen renovation; things don't always go according with plans, but Al and the team did everything they could to make this process as smooth as possible. Al is very knowledgeable and he listened to our list of wishes and made a lot of good suggestions to help us with what we wanted. Our original kitchen was too dark for our taste and the storage space was almost non-existent. We wanted a bright, cozy, functional kitchen with lots of storage space and Al delivered almost everything we asked for and within our budget. I am still thinking at my window bench :) We were very happy with the tradesmen team working in our house; we found them very experienced and pleasant, even with our dog Ted, who wasn't very happy that they were not there to play with him :). I was looking for a unique dining room piece that was rustic and that got well with the scenery outside our dining room windows. A friend of mine referred me to Al at Pacific Living Interiors. Getting something custom made like this takes some time but is well worth it in the end. What I have now will hopefully become an heirloom in the family and will be the gathering place for many family dinners. Al delivrs an exceptional products at a reasonable price and Erin was great at keeping me up to date in the status of the project and did everything she could to get the table delivered in time for our party.
