AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered a couch in October that was originally to be delivered in late December. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and I had to go to the store to get updates. After missing my original delivery date they said it would be late January/early February. Again after missing the date and going to the store I was told a firm date of Feb 21. My wife stayed home to meet them and again nothing. No delivery, email, or call. I went by the store during business hours and the door was locked and lights out. Went by again today, the store was still closed.

Their online chat was very helpful and we were delighted to see that when we visited the storeroom, the staff was just as friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I highly recommend this product and this company to anyone looking to deal with approachable staff, selling quality products at a reasonable price.

This guys may have good products, it has been already one month since we ordered on their website...nothing received after 4 attempts to schedule something Their logistics department since to be an bench of beginners. AVOID

I got the A desk and squeezebox ottoman and i'm happy to say i was surprised by the time of the delivery. It arrived sooner than I thought and the squeezebox is extremely convenient, it doesn't take up that much space either. I'm currently eyeing the ottostorage for the other room.

Bought a couch from them on Touch of Modern -- sent with totally uneven legs -- they refused to do anything !!! Customer service at its best -- what a joke -- Thanks left with at 1300 couch that I have to put casters under to prevent it from wobbling - what a joke of a company.

Purchased a TV unit stand. It just arrived today. I am so impressed. The pictures did not do this piece justice! Excellent craftsmanship, solid, high quality, textured inlay drawer and adjustable legs- just top quality! Delivery was a breeze! Very happy and the price now seems like a bargain.

I bought the Broad Sofa Bed from NYFU. I was a little worried in the beginning since they are new and online only. However, I am so happy to find the sofa as beautiful and high quality as promised! Their delivery service is awesome, they called me right away after I placed the order. The whole delivery process was smooth and professional, and they have free shipping to NY and NJ!! I was also pleasantly surprised when I requested to change the sofa for a different color, they said "yes, and you don't need to do anything". Now I am really happy and ready to impress my guests with my new sofa!

Met Alper, one of NYFU's cofounders, who was very attentive to our needs and concerns. The original sleeper sofa we wanted was out of stock, but Alper showed us a comparable model that was very comfortable and functional -- by far the best sleeper sofa we encountered in our search throughout NYC. He was also able to ensure a Saturday delivery window! Incredibly accommodating.

I purchased a sofa, yeo chairs and two bookcases from NYFU for my office and they look great...especially for the price. Since I didn't know their products I went over to their showroom. Everyone was extremely helpful and went out of their way to provide excellent service. We arram.nged for assembly to be included in the purchase. I probably could have put the chairs together but the bookcases would definitely have defeated me. There was a small glitch with the delivery but Alper at NYFU made himself completely available and made sure I got what I needed. It was a very positive experience and everyone loves the way my new office looks!

Comentado: Hello, Can you please tell me if this chair is noisy to pull apart. IsHi there, it is velcro (the arms) so it will be making a little noise when you're pulling it apart but it's not extremely loud. If you have more questions don't hesitate to let us know. Thanks.
