I just have to say ,I met Mark Mueller today at the Ellisville store and I want to tell you he was one of the nicest businessmen I have ever met and I am old so I have met a few in my life but he was one of the nicest for sure ! I love the store and the furniture is absolutely beautiful and very well made ! The Bible says give credit where credit is due so I had to compliment this very nice man ! Thank you so very much Mr .Mueller ,I appreciated your kindness so very much !God Bless you and your family !

The last two years I've shopped the Labor Day sale at the Lake Saint Louis store. On both visits I bought furniture for my dining/living room. My salesperson for both visits was John Duffy. John was great in helping me find exactly what I wanted. As a matter of fact, he helped me select the fabric for two of the chairs I purchased last year. I love those four dining room chairs and two occasional chairs so much I decided to shop again at this year's sale. I'm eagerly anticipating the delivery of the dining table and kitchen chairs I ordered a couple weeks ago. John was very careful to review all the details to make sure both orders were correct. The dispatcher who called me to arrange the delivery was very pleasant. The delivery was on time and the guys who brought the furniture consciously made sure the furniture was delivered without injury to walls, doors, or the furniture itself. All-in-all the entire experience was five-star worthy. In today's world, finding a shopping experience that is flawless is almost impossible. But, I gotta say my experience with Mueller Furniture was great.

We paid a good price for a bedroom set. Quality was ensured at time of purchase however when it arrived the quality was poor and the drawers did not slide well. The company refused to exchange or return furniture.

Our family has purchased furniture from Mueller on several occasions in the last 5 years. What a complete difference in quality and service compared to the franchise stores that we utilized in the past. Our bed frames, coffee tables, bookcases were all custom designed with the perfect finish for our home and finished well. We had a slight problem with a motorized bed frame but Mark Mueller was quick to respond and get technicians in our home to make repairs. When he found that it could not be repaired, he replaced the frame without hassle. I own a custom window treatment shop in Belleville and we send our clients to Mueller regularly with great success. How wonderful to have this family owned business in Belleville, IL!

Mueller Furniture has exceptional customer service and a large selection of furniture. The furniture brands they carry are very high-end, well crafted furniture - with affordable pricing. I was able to furnish my home for half the money I was quoted from other high end furniture stores. They go out of their way to make you feel like a very important customer.

I have worked with Mueller Furniture on many jobs for my customers and for my own home. They are professional, courteous, work with my budget, and my time frame. Excellent company and like that they are a family-owned as well. Keep up the good work!

The greatest compliment you can give a business is to refer other people to it. We send all of our friends and family to purchase their furniture at Mueller furniture not only for their high quality products and large inventory, but also because of the individualized customer experience that you get in the store. Their employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous -- I have never felt pressured to purchase anything at Mueller and yet every time I go there I buy something because of their amazing selection! The store is family owned through four generations, so it is refreshing to see a successful family run business with high quality products giving the "big box" stores a run for their money. We will always shop at Mueller Furniture as long as we live in the St. Louis area, and it is worth the 30 minute drive into the charming and business-bustling downtown Belleville, IL.
