We bought a home on the island in Dec 2015 and decided to remodel/upgrade the kitchen. As do-it-yourselfers, it was hard to hand over the work to someone else. But the MHC treated us like partners, from Ramune working with us on the design to Dave putting in the cabinets, they were kind, respectful, and open. Never felt pressured. The project was finished on time, on budget, and to our complete satisfaction. Thank you!

Marine Home Center is an amazing and invaluable resource in Nantucket. It's our go to place for most of our home needs and then some. They have an incredible array of products and inventory and very good sales and service. Thumbs up for sure.

The only game in town for all of your household supplies, like nuts, bolts, light bulbs, to small and large appliances, building supplies, flooring, furniture, gardening products, pet supplies, and just about anything you can think of to supply or build a house. Very reliable service and they stand by their products, including design consultation. I have bought beds, mattresses, TVs, dishwashers, as well as dog food, grass seed, chairs, linens, dishes, vacuums , etc, etc! Been going there over 25 years!!!

This is my first stop on the island for all my home goods. Not only does Marine carry exceptional brands of bath and bed linens, they are courteous and knowledgeable and great listeners. The shop is convenient to all parts of the island and, if you have a car, has easy in/out parking.

MHC has installed rolling shelves in our undercounter cabinets and made custom shades for our windows. Quality work, finished on time & within budget. Always helpful and courteous.

Marine Home Center has an amazing selection of everything you need for your home. Jill in home decorating is wonderful and has helped me choose window treatment and area rugs for my new home. The installer did a great job and the installation was perfect. Neil and Mary Beth are also very helpful in home decorating and they have helped my family many times figure out selections for the home.

We built our Nantucket home which was completed a year ago and used Marine Home Center for almost everything - building materials, cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures, window treatments, lighting and furniture. We dealt with just about every department and found all the materials exceptional and can't say enough about the staff. Everyone was extremely knowledgable, efficient and personable. Building a house is stressful and I can't say enough about what a positive experience we had dealing with Marine. They helped us design our gourmet kitchen and outfit 7 baths and the decorating team helped us with furniture decisions and made our house a home that rivals anything in a magazine. Glitches happen with any project and ours were minor such as incorrect kitchen molding and ,wrong lights,but problems were addressed immediately with professionalism. The process of working with the team in the floor covering/area rugs is seamless. My experience as a professional designer is a pleasant one that resulted every time for a well executed finished installation where specifications were jointly discussed and met, follow up with measures, quotes, site visits and installation with their team and mine produced a very happy client.
