We handcraft the best custom farm tables and dining tables in Boston but we can also build essentially any other custom pieces: benches, bars, barstools, mobile islands, conference tables, etc. All of our creations are handmade right here in our East Boston woodshop. Guys who love what they do and we love the product. I had been searching for almost a year for the right breakfast table to go in our newly redone kitchen. Then I found Lighthouse furniture. I went to their work room and picked out the style and wood. Now we have a custom made table that fits our eat in space perfectly! We get many compliments on it. We love that it is reclaimed wood from a barn in Pennsylvania not far from where I grew up.

We cannot speak more highly about our experience with Daniel and Lucas at Lighthouse Furniture. Our dresser and storage bed were both made to the exact design and specifications that we had asked for and hoped, and are solid lifetime pieces. They are absolutely gorgeous and unique, and even smell amazing. Every friend we've shown them to is jealous. Daniel and Lucas are super pleasant, and delivered the pieces themselves. We enjoyed chatting with them a lot! In fact, we loved our experience with Lighthouse so much that we are thinking of ordering more pieces from them, and also are telling all of our friends!

I can't say enough about the great job that Daniel and Lucas did! We had another contractor do a built-in seat/storage space in our entrance and it didn't turn out how we wanted. Daniel and Lucas came, exactly when they said they would, and listened to how we wanted it. They were able to create just what we wanted and asked for and then some! The quality of the work was excellent and the price was reasonable. They also turned an old piece of cherry wood into three beautiful shelves. I would highly recommend Lighthouse Woodworks and I'm sure that we will hire them again.

Amazing talent and customer service! I went to Lighthouse with an idea in mind for a farm table-style dining set with a classic look that would be sturdy and authentic, which is hard to come by these days. I described my dream table to Dan and Lucas and what they built me was absolutely perfect. They gave me options on styles and types of wood, but provided valuable insight and advice to help me get what I wanted at the best possible price. My husband loves the table and all my guests comment on how beautiful it is! I also appreciated that I didn't have to wait months for a custom job! Dan and Lucas met with my wife and I in their showroom and walked us through the process of choosing materials, finishes, et cetera. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The bar he made for us is beautiful and will surely be enjoyed for years to come by our friends and family.

Lighthouse has been wonderful to work with! I wanted a specific bed and dresser and couldn't find anything like it for the quality that I wanted. After searching forever I was recommended to use Lighthouse. The guys who build the furniture are so easy to work with and made everything exactly as I wanted (all from a picture). Their Instagram page is also a great reference point to get an idea of quality and what not, but really anything you want they will build exactly as you show them! Definitely recommend!

Recently married and needed a nice kitchen set that would last. We placed a custom order for a walnut table paired with Mayflower chairs. I must say you get what you pay for and these guys do solid work and they even delivered! I will definitely be going back for anymore woodwork necessities!

Just got our custom made barn door baby gate from Lighthouse installed ! What can I say other than I am in love! It's so nice to know I have a place where I can get awesome and unique furniture I will definitely be ordering other custom wordwork from lighthouse soon! Wow! What quality! I could not be happier, everyone who walks in my house is instantly drawn to the beauty and wonderful craftsmanship! I have never gotten so many great comments on anything in my house! Not to mention all of the workers were so great to us especially John who worked with us personally! They definitely understood my vision and did not care about how picky I was! What a refreshing transaction.

The wife and I recently moved to Boston and wanted a new set of custom furniture- none of the IKEA crap. A friend told me about this place and uniqueness of every piece of furniture they sell. We ended up purchasing the Great Point Farm Table set and love it. It fits the decor of the apartment perfectly. The guys at Lighthouse were also amazing to work with and very professional and timely in getting everything done on time. I would recommend checking out there website to everyone. Dining room tables are an investment, so why not get one you want to look at every day for the next 15-20 years.
