These guys did a very professional job on a custom coffee table (3'W x 6'L x 18"H) made from black walnut slabs. KC Custom Hardwoods laid a plate of glass between two black walnut slabs with a satin finish to bring the wood to life. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had, as well as, kept me up to date on the project. My suggestion is to give them a general outline of what you're looking for and let them go to work. You'll be happy with the results.

I am absolutely thrilled with my custom live edge Oak slab dining table and bench. We purchased these beautiful custom made Black Walnut shelves for the half bathroom of our home. We received the shelves already cut to the size we requested and sanded down/shaped for us. The awesome thing about KC Custom Hardwoods is they will do all the work/finishing's for you, or they will do all the hard work and then allow you to make them your own.. I personally wanted to stain & buy the hardware myself so KC Custom Hardwoods gave their suggestions on what to stain them with, and where to find the best deal on the piping we used. Their knowledge and passion for their work is irreplaceable. We will definitely purchase from them again.
