Never, never,never buy anything from them. Took my money, never delivered product and refuse to refund my money. I ordered the Aeson Buffet which I was told was custom made so the immediately charged me $3700. after several weeks I contacted them and was told they were sending me a paint sample. The paint sample story went on for several more weeks. Then the story changed to, the manufacturer was no long returning their calls and they were afraid they went of of business so I should order another buffet. I didn't like any other buffet that Autumn-Elle had. Once I told them that they surprising said a custom cabinet maker agreed to make the piece. According to Autumn-Elle Within days the buffet was built and we were back on the, I will send you a paint sample. This quickly changed to the piece was finished. A bit skeptical I asked for them to send me a picture. They sent me a picture and it matched the Houzz picture exactly, distress markings in the same place same hardware...a cabinet maker can be good but not that good...oh and did I mention, where did they get the reclaimed Chinese wood from? I have not received this piece of furniture and they refuse to refund me...even telling my credit card company that they sent it to me but they cannot provide any documentation of the shipment. First pict is from website second pic is what they email me saying the piece was made. I think they used the Houzz view in room feature to make it appear as if it was in their warehouse.

We used Autumn-Elle Design for a restaurant opening. All products were promptly delivery and installed with precision. We will be using them again.

Ordered a table on August 14th. Finally had Houzz cancel the order in mid-October. Autumn Elle Design repeatedly told me and Houzz the table was with the shipper and would be delivered any day. The never called and I don't believe the vendor did anything other than charge my credit card. I've put a credit alert on the credit card I used for this order as I believe this company is not a real vendor. It would be disappointing if Houzz continued to let them sell any products via their website.

Terrible terrible terrible! Ordered the chair On January 1. Store said it was shipping that Friday and then said 2 weeks later that it was back-ordered. Then said it came in and shipped almost 3 weeks ago. I still have no chair and it's March 1st. Customer service at the store has been terrible. I will never order from this shop again and most likely never from HOUZZ.
