The four founder members of fiftyfifty met during their training in furniture making and contemporary design at Buckinghamshire New University in the historic furniture making town of High Wycombe. Working as individual designers and makers since 2003 we decided to combine our skills and expertise to establish a new design studio and workshop. At fiftyfifty we can offer a full service from the initial design concept through to manufacture and installation. We work directly with the end user creating fitted or freestanding furniture for domestic use, we also work with interior architects and designers on commercial projects. Our projects range from reception desks to wardrobes. DESIGN We offer a design service for domestic or commercial furniture, from creating the initial design concept to full working drawings for manufacture MANUFACTURE We make as much as possible at the workshop, we also have a trusted pool of manufacturers for other specialist items. INSTALLATION We complete the service with a high standard of Installation, our lead time is usually 8-10 weeks from the initial date of ordering.
