Eldred Wheeler

In Janurary of 2018 I purchased my fifth, sixth, seventh and eight piece of furniture from E. Wheeler. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I ordered the three beds and one chest in January of 2018 and have yet to receive my complete CORRECT order. I have called and was promised delivery on at least five occasions. I did receive two beds which were the wrong style with promises of a quick correction. Linda never returned calls, at least five calls made or messages left to her voice mail. I was refused when I asked to speak to the owner saying that cannot happen. Most recently, Donna gave me all kinds of assurances for delivery and follow up saying I would hear from her within three days as to a shipment date which would have been two day ago. I never received a call or shipment date. It has been 9 months of frustration, lack of follow up and extremely poor customer service. This is a troubled company with no understanding of customer service, follow up, or commitment to promises made. I really hope the owner reads this and call me to discuss the same . I believe his company is at risk. By the way, all my furniture I ordered is fully paid for. Unreal.
