Can you please advise which purchase you are referring to as we have had a few craudulent reviews made from our competitors trying to make us look bad and so that it can affect our family business that we have worked so hard start up amd become different from therest and this is not at all what we are about and we always look to help resolve issues for our customers and offer replacement, remake or refund as per our policies. Please contact us at your convenience info@cocolea.com.au as we have NO RECORDAT ALL ON CUSTOMER by this name . Happy to provide any proof necessary. Could you have got us mixed up with a company called COCOREPUBLIC as its a very similar name. We have recieved fake orders, fake showroom viewings and fake ohone calls from competitors just trying to put us off track so please understa d our concerns.
