As stated before not worthy of 1 star. Ordered a bed which when delivered at 12.40 apparently am delivery, was so damaged I insisted that delivery drivers came back to collect it. Quality was appalling and at best off white, more like cream, than white. Looked like it had been used before. Paint chipped off, dents and bumps. Cheap tat basically for £600. Now waiting to see if money is refunded. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

This company is not even worth of a any star, I wish I saw these reviews before my purchase. I bought a dinning set it took them over 4 months to deliver my items, they kept changing delivery date! Finally when only the table came, the table was faulty but they didn't even acknowledging that its faulty! I'm truly disappointed with the way they have handled my complain. I strongly advise avoid shopping with this company!

They are not worth of 1 star at all. the worse customer service in my life. I bought dining chairs on March and they still messing around. I received all chairs with scratches and they refused to change. After 4-5 months they sent replacement, and AGAIN - all chairs with scratches!!

Awful company to deal with: Poor communication, mis-information, delivered the wrong item, and its taken getting our credit card company involved before finally getting our money back. We ordered a dining room set off the Choice Furniture Store website taking advantage of an offer that was on at the time, and paid our deposit on our credit card. We had been told that it would take about a month before the item was in stock. After two months of chasing them for updates, we were eventually told that they had our table and two of the four dining chairs in stock but were awaiting the final two. We decided to get them to deliver what they had and paid an additional amount to cover the part order but withheld the final balance while the other chairs were outstanding. When the item arrived, there were no chairs delivered and it wasn’t the table we had ordered. After contacting their customer services, we were asked to give them 24 hours to look into what had gone wrong, and locate our items. Having heard nothing, we again had to chase them for an answer. After speaking to several members of staff and getting different answers, I asked them to cancel the order and issue a full refund. I gave them available dates to collect the incorrect table, with each being dismissed by them as being unsuitable. After a week of telephone calls and emails and feeling like we were getting nowhere, we contacted our credit card company to seek assistance with getting our refund, which has finally been issued by CFS and eventually the wrong table has been collected.

Do not use this company! Sadly zero stars not an option. First delivery 2 of 3 items were someone else's order, 2 weeks to collect the 2 wrong items and then only delivered 1 of my 2 outstanding items. Managed to damage it and my wood flooring. Formal complaint written, sent by letter and email over a week ago - still waiting for a response.

SCAM. Avoid this company at all costs, they will take your money quite happily and then not send you anything as they are 'out of stock'. Just try getting your money back then. I have been waiting weeks. Their customer service person has very poor English, so trying to request a refund is impossible.

We ordered a Bentley chrome headboard online and have been really pleased with it. The information provided regarding dimensions was very helpful and the whole process from ordering to delivery was really good. The delivery team actually carried the headboard upstairs and waited while we checked it. Excellent product and excellent service.

i was happy with the service ! I received regular updated on how my order was progressing . So much nicer than having to keep contacting them to find out what was happening. Happy with the nest of tables that I ordered online. The product is of good quality, and came very well packaged to prevent any accidental damage . Pretty simple to assemble and looks nice .

We needed to call to resolve a website query and was completely satisfied with the service. Delivery was as promised, price paid was the best we could find on the net.The quality is better than I was expecting. The unit is sturdy, the curved drawer opens smoothly and the wood veneers are very good indeed. We almost paid 30% more for the same item before finding your website!
