Jogly was great to work with, but the new guys Eddie and his boss Jonathan are horrible and extorts and would blame you for their mistakes. I booked about 5 slabs when the former manager was there. He was gone and since then it is a nightmare to deal with this company. Very poor customer service. They yell at you for their misunderstandings and miscommunications. They show up in wrong locations, and tell you later that they have to charge more for coming back. They charge for cuts which were originally included in the deal. Jonathan and Eddie are horrible to work with. The way they talk to you is unbelievable. Very sad. It was a good place but now has a very poor management.

Comentario de GRANITE TOPS AND MORE LLC:
Thank you for your feedback. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service, great communication throughout the entire buying process, and we never conceal our pricing to anyone that we deal with. We would be happy to discuss this issue with you further if you have time. This may simply be a case of loyalty to one of our former managers who is no longer an employee with the company. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at (614) 239-7837. Thank you!

Granite Tops and More severely damaged our hardwood floors when they were delivering our granite and quartz counter tops order. The delivery men acknowledged the damage at the time, and Jogly was called immediately and sent pictures of the damage. Jogly said that the business would take care of the issue promptly. We waited several weeks for someone to come see the damage personally, and had to call more than once to ask when they were coming. They missed one appt to see the floors and were called again. I finally called the owner and he came to see the floor. He denied that the damage could have been done by the dolly used by the deliverymen. It is a new house, the damage was not there before. The owner became very upset when I continued to show him the damage, told him that Jogly received pictures the day it happened and that the deliveryman admitted to the damage. His solution was to bring the dolly back with the same amount of granite to see if he could duplicate the damage! I refused this solution. We are very angry with this outcome; we have a new house with very damaged wood floors. No resolution as of 5/23/2018

In preparation for a new home construction, my wife and I picked out matching slabs for the entire house (bathroom vanities, laundry room, kitchen, island). The quoted prices were fair, and the inside salesman was kind and helpful in our decision making. We paid 50% down on the quoted installed price in order to hold the slabs until we were ready for them to be fabricated. Once the cabinets were complete, we notified Granite Tops & More that we were ready for the counter tops. Within 2 weeks, they measured the countertops and fabricated them. Upon delivery of the countertops is when the process began to go downhill. Early in the installation process, we noticed the installers gluing/torching broken pieces of the countertops back together. Upon further inspection, the majority of the tops and sidesplashes that had been delivered were cracked/broken. We discussed our disappointment with the installers, at which time they called back to the office and agreed to return a majority of the tops back to the shop. The most significant cracked top was an island that we paid additional to have a decorative edge cut into it. We phoned the salesman and he indicated he would take care of the problem. After the tops were returned, the salesman called back and said that the crack was only a surface imperfection. We decided to make a visit to the shop after a few days of no further update. We asked the salesmen to see the island, at which time he led us back to the fabrication area. The island was standing on age with an obvious crack and an area (1”x3” hole) in which the stone fell out of the crack. We indicated that this was not acceptable. The salesman agreed and told us that he had a couple of suppliers that had slabs to match the ones we purchased. We picked a replacement slab and asked the salesman if it would be less risky/have a better chance of not cracking if we went with a square edge. The salesman agreed that it would be “stronger” with the square edge. Within a week, the installers came back; this time the owner of Granite Tops and More assisted with the installation. After the job was complete, the owner presented me an invoice for the remainder of the countertops. The invoice included almost $1000 for the decorative edge that was installed on the original cracked island. I questioned the owner on why I should be paying for something I did not recieve. The owner became irate and told the installers to start removing the countertops and load them back into the truck. He further argued that is was my fault that the cracks occurred in the countertops because of the choice of stone we picked, and it was my fault that the cracks occurred in transport because he witnessed them leave without being cracked. After further attempts at reasoning with the owner, I questioned his concern for customer service. His response back to me was that he worked for money not customer service. He also said he was angry with the salesman for ordering and cutting on the replacement slab, as this was against his orders. Realizing that I was dealing with an unprofessional and angry individual, I gave in and paid for the decorative edge that i did not receive. As promised to the owner, I am providing this review as free advertisement for his unprofessional and lack of customer service.

From the time I chose the quartz to instillation, it took a total of about 2 weeks. Very professional, took the old countertop and cleaned up nicely when they were done.

I'm a General Contractor who uses Granite Tops and More on many of my remodeling projects. Our latest project together was the their best yet. The project included a detailed island using a high level stone. Everyone was very pleased with the final product. Granite Tops and More (as always) was very patience throughout the entire process from homeowner selection to installation. Once again, a very fine job! Keep it up!
