THIS IS A SCAM! THEY DROVE 50 MINUTES ONE WAY AND 50 THE OTHER WAY TO GET AN AIR CONDITONING THEY COULD HAVE BOUGHT AT LOWES OR HOME DEPOT 10 MINUTES AWAY. NEVER COMPLETED THE JOB BECAUSE NOR DID ANY OT IT AT ALL!!! THEY SPENT ALL THE TIME DRIVING BUT THEN CHARGED US OVER THE AMOUNT FOR HALF OF THE TIME. WHEN I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES NO RETURN CALL AND THE GUY IN CHARGE WAS CONDESCENDING AND NASTY. THIS IS HORRIFYING. STILL WAITING FOR A RETURN CALL. THEY ARE VERY, VERY, NICE WHEN THEY WANT THEIR BUSINESS, THEN BEWARE!!!!

DO NOT hire them to assemble anything unless you want it partially and poorly assembled. I hired NailIt to assemble a portable basketball hoop. When booking the job, I specifically mentioned the type of hoop so they would know what to expect. The person who came to do the work seemed to have no experience with assembling a hoop and was figuring it out as he went. He did not follow the instructions in order, left off pieces, and didn’t fully tighten everything. It took him much longer than the allotted time, and then he left without finishing because he said he was only hired for a half-day (yet still charged me for the extra hour he worked). Customer service was no help. Their response was “you hired us for half a day, regardless of whether the job is finished”. They came back the next day to finish after I complained, but they only did one more step in the assembly- and left again without finishing. They lost (or took) a few pieces that were missing when I tried to finish the assembly. They claimed they left them by the side of my house, but they were not there when I looked (why would they knowingly leave extra pieces by the side of my house anyway?). I had to reorder those pieces from the manufacturer and install them myself. Weeks later, the glass backboard shattered, and it was discovered that they failed to put the spacers between the rim and the backboard, which caused the break. Again, customer service was no help, claiming that I voided their warranty by removing the broken backboard to replace it myself. I was not going to leave broken glass hanging above my driveway. I would not recommend this company since they do not stand behind the completion or quality of their work and do not seem to care about making things right with their customers. They get 1 star because they were easy to work with in the booking process and they showed up on time. Too bad they don't stand behind their work.

I recently had my TV installed by nailit hadnyman handyman, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The handyman was prompt, courteous, and professional. He worked efficiently and the end result was a perfectly mounted TV. I highly recommend this handyman for any installation needs.

Beyond horrible experience, never dealt with such rude, unprofessional and inexperienced workers in my life. They didn’t finish the work they promised after I paid so I called customer service every day for weeks to get someone back as promised and no one responded. DO NOT hire!

I was told that my project would take 1 to 1 & 1/2 days to complete. It took over 4 days to “complete “. Every day 2 different workers showed up. They had no clue how to assemble my gazebo. The first day the worker told me that the gazebo wouldn’t fit on my deck and I should return it. I told him that I had measured the space and it would certainly fit. End of his story. He then went to Home Depot to buy the plywood for the foundation. He came back and found out that he didn’t have enough plywood so he went back to Home Depot to get more plywood (I was charged over $100 an hour for his “mistake”. Each day different workers came and they had to study the plans at over $100 an hour. Some workers were good but most were not. When the job was finally finished, it was done with about 25% of the i bolts nuts used. The sliding doors were installed backwards, etc. I had to get help to complete the job myself.. I had to pay for the “work “ at the end of each day (so I wouldn’t cheat them). Bottom line, it cost me about $5000 for about $500 worth of work!

Whoa....Stay away. I booked a job to fix my cabinet and I was very specific on the hardware that was needed. They showed up late with the wrong supplies and could not do the job. They left and this company billed me the full amoun$400 t plus for the supplies that were wrong that they probably returned to Home Depot. Ben and Tom sound like professional scammers on the phone and are quick to take your credit card. I have not heard back from them. The handyman was telling about all the complaints that this company gets from unhappy customers. Stay Away!!!!! For the record. I ordered the hardware myself from Spokane Washing and did the job for $6.48 STAY AWAY!!!!!

Worst experience ever. Ben, the man in the office asked for pictures of the items that needed repair and never indicated that any of them were out of their league. The technician, Mike, who was very nice was not only unable to complete any of the work I had asked to be done but made every single item so much worse than it is original condition that I had to hire a contractor to fix everything he messed up after being charged a ridiculous amount of money (especially considering nothing was repaired and the damage done). Ben could not get back to me quickly enough when he was trying to sell me on his company services but once the disasters started happening one by one and I had reached out to discuss with him, he ignored my calls and texts. I was told Lauren, another employee would call me today (4 days later) to remedy the situation and after sending her pictures of the terrible work, she has not called. I would not trust this company to touch anything in my house and expect some kind of compensation for the complete and total waste of money to have an ill prepared handy man destroy items I was assured could be fixed (there were 3 other items on my list that he never even got around to addressing but I am thankful that is 3 less projects I will have to pay someone else to fix. Stay away from this company - they are terrible and their customer service is shameful. If I could give them zero stars that would be too many. Pictures are all "after" the work and depict how things were left.
