Wow. The handyman arrived with no uniform - contrary to the website's description, which was part of the reason I felt comfortable hiring them. We needed attic stairs replaced, and he came without an assistant (which we were willing to pay for) because I was told on scheduling he was able to install them alone. However, once he was in the attic and unattached the ladder from the ceiling, he needed my husband to help him. Instead of carefully lowering the latter, he dropped it, and my husband's hands were wedged in the ladder assembly as it fell to the ground. It tool myself and my adult son to lift it up and pry it apart to get both hands free. We told the technician he was done and got my husband's hands on ice waiting for him to clean up. I called and texted the woman at the office letting her know about the injury and that the tech would not leave, she called back an hour later, explaining she "was slammed." We asked to hear from the owner and have heard nothing.
