HandyAndy was founded in 1995 by Andy Luick. He is a 4th generation contractor & real estate investor who has worked as a full time handyman for 29 years. We are run as a family business: we work together & play together, and some of our staff has been with us for 13 years now. Each is unique and brings specialized skills to the job. All of us enjoy what we do and take pride in a job well done. Our mission is to provide the highest level of home repair & improvement to metro Atlanta that we can, at affordable pricing, with high quality materials and long term warranties. We’re homeowners who work for homeowners. We handle every facet of home repair and improvement. We handle upgrading and renovations like kitchen and bath makeovers but also fire, storm or flood restorations. We have a special team that works with realtors to handle inspection repairs and purchases using the 203k renovation loan. We also have a program where homeowners wanting to sell their home can make repairs and improvements using HandyANDY and pay for the work at closing! We work with buyers of foreclosures to make sure they are getting a good house and provide line-by-line pricing for repairs and improvements so they can make an informed decision.

I used HandyAndy for the first time a year ago. I had a half wall between the family room and the kitchen eating area that I wanted taken down to increase the size of the area. I called HandyAndy for a quote and then had the wall removed. The price was very reasonable. The work involved moving electrical outlets, taking out rebars, and hauling away the wall pieces. Mike, who did the work, was exceptionally professional and neat. The work was done in half a day. He attempted to move one of the electrical outlets to another wall, but was unsuccessful. He patched the wall and repainted it. You couldn't tell at all. I was very pleased and have recommended them to my friends. Would definitely use them again.

Comentado: Shower drain opposite shower head!Theres nothing wrong with this set up aside from the client and contractor talking it out in advance This was a totally new install We prefer to make our own shower pans on our bath remodels

Comentado: Kohler toilet leak at tank baseIt also helps to add tank stabilizers to the back of the tank that then attach to the wall behind the tank. These don't cost much as add much needed support when heavier users lean their backs agains...
