I hired Chicago’s Elite Handyman to replace all of my outlets and switches in addition to adding Lurton digital dimmers. Andrew showed up on time, was clean cut, knowledgeable, and very efficient at his job. Andrew found several wiring issues and was able to both explain them in a way I could understand and quickly correct them. I thought he was polite and definitely nice to look at. I will definitely hire him again.

Andrew quoted me and produced a contract to purchase and install a shower door. He took 50% deposit on February 4, 2019. He said the door would arrive within ten days. It has now been ten weeks and he has yet to install the door. I asked him to return my deposit or install the door. Neither has yet to happen as of this writing April 15th

This is just not an accurate review. It was explained to Mrs. Hendershott that because the walls were so far out of level a custom door was needed. There was a 4-6 week lead time on the door. Mrs. Hendershott’s bathroom had been remodeled by a very inexperienced person and they didn’t bother to level the walls or shower curb. Mrs. Hendershott was clearly unhappy about the amount of money she had already spent. After several conversations with Mrs. Hendershott I determined that no matter what we were going to do for her she was not going to be happy so a full refund was given at 3 weeks.
