This company has a variety of handyman services and is very communicative and helpful. I reached out and received a professional response within the hour. Their website has a lot of great information about the services and their previous jobs. Would definitely recommend if you need affordable help with projects around the house.

I called on A1 America's Handyman after flipping a rental property in Miami, The original contractors that I hired didn't provide service as promised and left us with A LOT of work to do in order to achieve the desired aesthetic. They were responsive and gave us a reasonable quote. The entire staff was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I am very picky, but they were very patient with me and weren't bothered by my last-minute changes. They did a phenomenal job with the remaining repairs and renovations (they did an amazing job cleaning up behind themselves) and all at a reasonable price. I would use this company again and I highly recommend them to you!

Made my bathroom like new again! It’s a very good service and did what i asked for. My bathroom looks like new and modern again. And i’m so happy with it!

We're in Canada and have a rental unit in Miami that needed some work after a tenant left. We found "A-1 America's Handyman" with a Google search and sent them a detailed list of items to be fixed with photos. They quoted the work which were all minor issues such as installing blinds, door stops, replacing lightbulbs etc. and agreed to be paid when the job was done. Right away they started complaining about going to Sunny Isles even though it's listed as one of their service areas. The first time they went to the unit they did some of the easy things and immediately called requesting a credit card number for a 50% "deposit", of course we declined. When they came the second time they were told they would be paid immediately if they supplied decent photos proving everything was done. They didn't do that so we had to get our real estate agent to check and of course there were outstanding issues. The "special order" $350 vertical blind turned out to be $15 worth of new slats, they didn't even get that right, they replaced five but needed six. A kitchen shelf was not fixed properly. The office manager "Stefano" is a real idiot. He started calling and sending threatening texts when we didn't pay immediately, he said our agent should have showed up with cash! In the end we sent them adjusted invoices that were based off their original quote which we paid. Don't let the slick website fool you, these people are dishonest, incompetent, rude and obnoxious. They will do a shoddy job if at all and charge top dollar for it ($20 to change a lightbulb), then upcharge your final bill and demand payment. BEWARE!
