Fast, friendly responses to my initial request turned into fast, friendly, knowledgeable service. Bynum even took a moment to show me the high end cleaning equipment in their van (I'm a nerd for all things mechanical) which I enjoyed. The spots that we had in our carpets for years are gone, the tile looks great, and everything dried by the evening or morning after. Pricing was also very fair for the quality of the company. One thing I really appreciated was the communication by text letting me know they were on the way, letting me know the job was complete and linking me to the job details and invoice. Slick setup!
