FiberCare Cleaning and Storage is here to provide you with spot cleaning for anything from hand oils, grease, soot, wine spills, Fidos accidents to Fifi kitties barfies and much more than that we clean and spray protect your high end or treasured upholstery items. Carpets, Rugs, mattresses, sofas, chairs, patio furniture, you name it. It’s all about caring; caring for our customers, caring for their furnishings and everything that comes along with that. Our customers call for fabric protection as they have a furnishing they have invested in and want to protect. They’ve invested time in choosing the fabric, they’ve invested energy in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their room and they’ve invested money to buy this perfect piece. It is our job to carefully protect those pieces and assist our customers on how to keep their furnishings looking great and lasting longer.

FibreCare has been cleaning my furniture for the past few years. Have some designer pieces, and they always are clean as a whistle after FC comes!

We used this company to protect all our internal fabrics last year. It has worked beautifully! One stain made it past the treatment on a white chair, but they extracted it easily that week! Great service and great people. Highly recommend!

Good job but super expensive - one room(I loved everything and vacuumed before they arrived) they walked in, cleaned and left... over $200 I was told room would be wet for 2-4 hours it was wet for 6-7

Heather, I wish you would have called the office, Your invoice is still open so please call to discuss. I would have liked an opportunity to review, It should not have taken that long unless they needed to deep clean in high traffic areas. Our rate is .40 cents per square foot. Again, I will be happy to discuss working with you. Please call our office 214-987-4111 and we will be happy to discuss. The tech said they left and you were happy.

Knowing home items are protected, makes living easier! As a designer, FiberCare has treated numerous rugs and a large sectional (in a non-performance fabric) for me. My personal experience has been excellent, with FiberCare recently removing two unidentifiable spots from a rug I was afraid to touch, even with their products - the texture of the rug remained true and the spots never “wicked up” again. The technicians were on-time, professional and friendly ... very pleased with this fine company!
