Mr. Duct

Always quick appointments and on time service. Today they went above and beyond to make sure tenant was happy by cleaning up some loose insulation around and in HVAC unit.

I had Mr. Duct clean all my air ducts today for the first time since the house was built (51 years ago)! The house had just been rehabbed and the ducts were loaded with construction dust. Adrian and Ben were outstanding. They were right on time and very professional. I was given an explanation of the process up front. They were very understanding of my concerns regarding the new flooring that had just been installed. They were very careful working around some potentially breakable objects in the basement. I was really impressed with their service, from start to finish. The time and price estimates were completely accurate and very reasonable. I give Mr. Duct an A+ rating!

The service was very professional and thorough. The technicians appeared knowledgeable and experienced-- and they asked if they could come early! That was a bonus! The staff that handles direct communication with customers was polite and knowledgeable as well. We would hire again.

Mr. Duct came out and cleaned our duct work and the furnace with great results. I could not be more pleased with their service and professionalism. They kept my wife informed of everything that they did and they were able to show her the results with their camera. I highly recommend Mr. Duct!

My experience with your company was wonderful. From the initial phone call I had with your company yesterday, to the service technicians who came out today, and then the customer service department taking the time to follow up I truly couldn’t be more pleased. Both gentlemen who showed up for the service call were courteous, professional and personable. They were quickly able to diagnose my problem and offer a solution at what I feel was a fair price. They left the work area clean when they were finished and asked if there was anything else they could do before leaving. I work in sales and hold customer service in the highest regard because I know that’s how my company differentiates ourselves from the competition and earns repeat business. We all say we have great customer service, but sadly very few actually do. I’m so glad I chose a company for my needs that clearly values it in the same way I do.
