Luke and his hardworking and highly skilled landscaping team did an amazing and professional job on our back garden project, from the initial meeting to the final signing-off inspection. Detailed quotations were provided in very good time. High standards and great attention to detail were achieved, timescales met, all with minimum disruption to the clients. An existing paved patio replaced with porcelain slabs, a central garden area transformed with figure of eight footpath with trellising and the lower area with raised beds for a vegetable garden. Luke personally project manages all elements of the project with great efficiency, expertise and works with the clients to achieve the best possible outcome. Luke is very quick to respond to any queries that crop up, he is a great communicator. Nothing is too much trouble. All in all a great build! We would highly recommend Terra Firma for all garden design hard landscaping work. Luke also has good contacts with other professionals such as lighting technicians. Again, we have been very pleased with the workmanship on this. A big thank you for transforming our garden into something very special and to be enjoyed by us for many years to come. We are so glad that we chose Terra Firma for our fencing project. Luke was absolutely brilliant, responding quickly and efficiently to all our questions throughout, and his team is excellent – really skilled and committed. They're lovely people, and we enjoyed having them all around! We chose a picket fence with gravel boards from Jackson's, and because it was an unusual design, we needed to wait a couple of weeks for Jackson's to make it – and we are so pleased with the results. The fencing is very well made, and guaranteed for 25 years, plus Terra Firma specialise in installing Jackson's fencing and have done a beautiful job. We wouldn't hesitate to call on Terra Firma again for more projects in our garden!

Terra Firma did a great job of renovating the front garden of my Edwardian terrace house. The work involved removing the existing broken tiling and step and replacing it with black and white chequerboard tiles from porch to a new path. New sandstone steps and rope edge bordering were also fitted. The remainder of the garden was laid with Brazilian sandstone slabs. The front wall was also rebuilt at the ends and a new gate and posts fitted. From start to finish the whole process was easy and Luke worked with us on designing the space and selecting the right tiles and slabs. Once this was agreed we had a CAD so we knew exactly what we were getting. After Adam surveyed the site the final plans were made. The job was done by Sasha and Andre with Mark the driver on site most days to remove any waste and deliver materials. The project was completed in 10 days as planned. Each night the site was cleared up and made safe for us to access the house. The work by Terra Firma was first class and we are very happy with the end result.

Luke and his team our dilapidated rooting wooden deck, crumbling exterior stars and poorly bedded concrete slabbed paths and back patio and turned it into a beautiful sandstone, limestone, porcelain beauty. They also terraced our slope and created three vegetable beds using Oak sleepers. We’ll be using them for our drive refurbishing in early 2024. His team were polite, on time and cleaned up after too. An absolute pleasure to work with.

We approach Terra Firma to undertake some major reconstruction work in our garden. Prior to Luke’s initial visit we had a couple of disappointing meetings with other companies. From the outset Luke was helpful and very polite and constructive. He worked through our plan and came up with options to help us keep the plan within budget. Over the next couple of months he let us make amendments even up to the last few days. Once the work started the team were amazing. Extremely professional and they took a huge amount of pride in their work. The result is fantastic - far better than we had hoped for. Now looking forward to summer.

Luke and his team did an excellent job landscaping and totally transforming our garden in SW London. Right from the start they were a pleasure to deal with, with responsive communication, helpful recommendations, and taking care to consider what we needed/wanted. The team on site were very experienced; conscientious; professional but friendly; and clearly took a great deal of pride in their work. Given we have a young baby they were mindful of when she was sleeping and always looked forward to having a bit of a chat with her over the two or so weeks they were on our property. The site foreman kept us up to date every day regarding progress, what would be done next, and the likely timeline for completion. We had reassurance throughout the project that we were in safe hands and that every aspect of the job would be done the right way. Even towards the end of the job, when it is understandable that thoughts start to turn to the next piece of work, the team were still as reliable and focused as they were from day one. The end result is amazing, we're delighted with our new garden and we cannot believe how much it was transformed. We have worked with a large number of trades over the years as we've been renovating our house room by room, and Terra Firma is without a doubt the best firm we've worked with. If you are considering a gardening or landscaping project I couldn't recommend them enough!

Luke is friendly and always responds quickly to any questions. Also had some great recommendations on fecning, sheds and porcelain paving. His team are incredible! Super professional, polite, kept the site tidy everyday day and were courteous and respectful when accessing the house. They installed fencing on 3 sides, new lawn, borders and 2 patio areas. The quality of the materials is great, no cheap stuff or cutting corners. What really is exceptional is the skills of his team in laying the patio, they cut tightly around the fence posts, pipework and drains and it really makes the patio area look fantastic. The quote was fair and detailed which I liked as it helped with my budget knowing exactly what was priced in. Naturally there was a small additional cost dur to some extra drainage works they had to do and couldn't of forseen but at least the water drains correctly so it wasn't a problem. I have high standards and this company delivered a garden that exceeds all my expectations.

Terrafirma transformed our small patio garden in London. They replaced old concrete paving and raised brick bedding with beautifully-laid porcelain tiles and a large planter. There's no direct access to the garden, which the team were very sensitive about, making the minimum disruption and leaving our home and garden very tidy. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work and would highly recommend the team.
