Synergy Landscaping has provided a professional high quality landscaping experience to our yard at 342 Francis Avenue Kelowna. The design involves dozens of grasses of various varieties.Boxwood Hedges,Yew hedges,Hydrangea bed and Katsura trees. Because of the nature of the plantings the yard requires two to three visits per year. Synergy has scheduled the work, provided a four man crew and restored the yard at each visit to the appearance of a well dome job. They remove all debris and leave the yard clean and tidy when they depart at the end of the day. Their trucks, trailers and equipment is top notch and they supply enough manpower to get the job done in a fast organized fashion. I do recommend Synergy Landscaping.Thank you. Gary Danielson

This is the first time we have ever encountered a company that quoted and delivered on what was promised. They were prompt, on time and on budget. Their team arrived and left when the job was complete. Communication was excellent and we were never left wondering what was happening. From initial planning meeting with Brenda at our house to the completed project Synergy Landscaping were excellent to work with. Brenda’s design was a perfect rendition of our vision for the front yard ; within our budget and included some interesting features. Max an his team worked steadily to complete the project on time and on budget. Early spring rains made it difficult however the end result was just as we envisioned. Synergy were very responsive to our suggestions and accommodating. They did a great job.

I am extremely pleased with the finished product. They worked hard even when the weather was sweltering and heavy with smoke. The design was exceptional and I found them very easy to work with. The cost was within my expectations.

they landscaped a small area of my back yard. I believe they were very knowledgeable, had a adequate team and worked well to problem solve. Of course it was a learning experience for me and there were situations i would have wanted clarified knowing what i know now. Overall i would hire them again because i am more informed now and better understand what i want. They laid my cobblestone patio area beautifully and was very helpful in picking the right stone so the area didnt look smaller than need be. The lawn they laid in hindsight i would have preferred synthetic/artificial but was not told about that option, could be due to the budget i was working with. Irrigation to plants in hindsight i would have preferred sprinkler heads rather than drip lines, wish I had been told that if i planned on adding additional plants sprinkler heads would have been easier way to ensure all plants get water. It was tough because i didnt have a full understanding of what my options were and the benefits of each. I would have to say when it was all said and done, it was a pretty good job, they worked hard to satisfy me.

Synergy Landscape built both my front yard and backyard with a waterfall, a small pond, an artificial creek, an island, a pergola, a fire pit and water features. Good works and good service. I would recommend them to anyone searching for landscape designer and contractor. I have very good experience from the start till the end of the project.

Brenda and her team did a great job on our landscape. It was perhaps the most important feature of our home design and Brenda showed a lot of patience in helping to achieve our goals. Once the team was able to coordinate a schedule the work was done very efficiently. There were a few hiccups along the way that resulted in remediation but synergy was able to accommodate and rectify those issues over time. Overall we were very happy with the results.

This company did a small sidewalk paving job for me. They not only did a very poor job but they also almost ruined my brick because of the joining sand that they did not clean off, which got rained on and almost ruined the pavers. They did reluctantly come back and fix the problem but it took them months to finish a job that should have taken 3 days. They never did put in the joining sand - because I don't think they knew how to do that. A much better company for pavers is K-Town Kleen Up and Landscape - they were excellent and were hands on and did an excellent job with another paver job that I had. I would never use Synergy Landscape.

Working with the professionals at Synergy Landscape Design was a delight! Brenda Richardson listened to my requests and understood my vision for the property. She then produced a series of drawings that incorporated not only my wishes but her design expertise and local knowledge about the pests (deer) and the climate (the dry Okanagan). The construction team was extremely respectful, positive and engaging. They willingly listened to any concerns and were their own harshest critics. If something they suggested did not work, they were the first to comment and provide solutions. They were also very flexible in their ability to respond to any special requests that arose during the process. Their work was completed in a very timely fashion and the budget only increased when I requested work beyond the original scope of the plan. I enjoyed our visits with the crew and would hire them again in a heartbeat. The photos below show the beautiful parterre garden that will be planted next spring, the pool before the stone patio was laid, the use of rainchains to control rain water and the final pool patio.
