In early 2001, Keith Shepherd (owner of Re-Do-It Renovations) put his talents, passion and ideas to work, and since then has created a successful renovation company. Keith and his teams have seen numerous customer visions through to reality and they always produce results with exceptional quality. Keith is a man of honesty, integrity, kindness and has a great sense of humour! At age 12 he started working in a hardware store where he initially fell in love with all things construction. His curiosity and strong work ethic took over and he has been home-improving ever since. I posted a review in August 2016. At the time it was just after the work was finished and it looked great. 5 years later and it now looks like crap. the 2 x 4's on the top of the fence are all warped and are coming unscrewed. The deck was not done properly and we now have a couple of the TREX boards (which is quite expensive) no longer sitting properly. The contrasting TREX boards around the outside of the deck are also coming unscrewed. As I said the work looked great just after it was completed but not any longer. This was not an inexpensive job to do as our deck is very large (24' x 24'). I am very disappointed that the work and the materials used on the fence and the deck did not stand up to the test of time.

Keith's team was brought in last minute on a full home renovation. Their quality of work, ease to deal with, including around other contractors, their attention to tight timelines and suggestion for design turned out amazing. Keith and his crew are absolutely amazing. They are professional. hard-working and courteous. Keith helped us to determine the best way of making the most out of our project (a deck and fence) and he ensured that we got exactly what we wanted. When the wok was done he inspected it all and had some of it redone because it wasn't up to his standards. I will definitely be calling them again.
