Matt came out to my house, we walked around the property, discussed options/ideas and he provided me with an estimate to replace my old system with up to date technology and quality fixtures. They completed my project in a timely manner and my outdoor lighting is awesome! Very happy customer. Thank you!

He provided an affordable estimate for the work that needed to be done to restore our outdoor lighting. The following week when he came back to complete the work, he was again on time and at the completion of the work the lights were working perfectly! We used Pro Outdoor Services to install irrigation system on our property. We had just spent thousands on new trees and plants and we wanted to be sure they had proper watering. We could not be more pleased with our experience from start to finish. Their quote came in better than others and their customer service was exceptional!!! Highly recommend!

Pro Outdoor Services has installed artificial turf in a portion of our backyard, repaired our irrigation system, installed a "smart" system controller and last month replaced all lines in our irrigation system and added two valves. We have found the firm to be professional, efficient and quality-oriented.

I purchased a home with an older Orbit irrigation system and had two leaks. I did not have a long wait for an appointment and could not be more pleased with Matt (service person who fixed both) and the company. Professional, courteous and did a wonderful job. Whether they continue to repair my system, or eventually install a new one for me, Pro Outdoor is my choice for both. Reasonable priced, honest and good at what they do.

I needed a minor repair to my outdoor lighting - locating and fixing damaged underground wiring. Matt came by on a very hot day , located the problem, dug through rock and hard soil, and repaired the issue. He didn't complain about the conditions, just performed the repairs with a smile, and charged me a very reasonable amount. It is often difficult to find companies willing to take on small repairs, but I was very impressed with Matt and the company - from their willingness to take on a small project to their hard work and their reasonable pricing. Based on this experience, I would certainly trust them with larger jobs.

As an Interior Designer working with many Contractors and trades, I can NOT recommend this Company. Their jobs lack the communication necessary to be able to complete a project properly, efficiently and effectively. There are to many missing ingredients in this Company.

Matt, Steve and the entire crew did an excellent job installing new irrigation and lighting systems in the front and back yard. At the initial meeting, Matt took the time to put together and walk through a detailed estimate for both systems. The estimate included options at different price points and I did not feel any pressure to choose one over the other. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and communication was excellent for any questions I had. At the end, both Steve and Matt took the time to walk me through the new systems and made sure the systems were up and running. The irrigation systems are working great and the lighting placement was designed well and looks great.

After shopping around a design and specs we had purchased elsewhere and numerous bids, we decided to go with Pro Outdoor Services for a complete front of our house overhaul. From the initial phone call we could tell that Josh (owner) knew what he was doing and seemed very professional. When they came out for the bid, Josh was polite, well groomed and very open to each and every suggestion we made. When the bid came back rather quickly (a few days) we found their pricing to be detailed, fair and reasonable. All of our ‘wants’ were considered and a couple of fresh suggestions were made. Ultimately our project included full demolition of pony walls, curbing, grass and some walkway cement. We added travertine pavers, a new ‘bench’ pony wall, irrigation, lighting, rip rap, granite rocks and new plants. Once we adjusted a few tiny details and decided to move forward, things moved quickly with great communication. Each day I knew what to expect and what phases were next. At the end of each workday, the job site was tidied and cleared for ongoing use by us. As the project progressed and small unexpected challenges arose, Josh handled each with grace under pressure and managed the changes well with his team. Also along the way, some new creative lighting ideas arose and I found Josh to be easiy to work with in adjusting or adding new elements. All in all we couldn’t be happier with the final results. We finished slightly over budget and agreement only because we added a few extra lights as needed and a few more plants that enhanced the original design. I would recommend this company for any Scottsdale landscape design, hardscape, lighting, planting, irrigation work. Hope to use them again for the backside of the house.
