I have nothing but praise for Isbir Construction. They replaced my concrete patio and fixed drainage issues around my house that lead to wet basement. Unlike competitors, Mike spent time to correctly diagnose the problem, then came up with a simple yet effective solution to tackle it. He answered patiently and in detail all my questions, and was very reachable . Once the project started Mark and his team stole the show - they had several unexpected setbacks yet managed to finish the project on time and did an awesome job. I was very impressed with Mark’s calm and competent way of handling the surprises they uncovered while digging around my 80 year old house. I highly recommend Isbir and am very thankful they were by my side during this project.

Isbir Construction installed a new French drain for me. They were professional and prompt. Completed the work as described and on time. The drain continues to work well two years after installation. All in all one of the best experiences that I have had when working with a contractor.

Isbir installed a paver patio and wall/flower bed. I would absolutely hire them again. They did a fantastic job. The owner and employees were courteous, friendly, prompt and very knowledgeable. Mike, the owner, walked through the project step by step and even made helpful suggestions on the size and shape of the patio. They provided top quality work.

Mike and his team we're very organized, fast and friendly. They did exactly what they promised and did it quickly and neatly. Although he is at the higher end of the contractors I spoke with, his attention to detail and speed indicate why. If you have the funds, he's well worth the investment.

Working with Isbir Construction is a pleasure from beginning to end. While I was still getting estimates, I called and got Darlene, the office manager. She was very pleasant and clearly well trained. She asked very detailed questions about our job and requested pictures of the site. As a result, when Mike (the owner) came for the initial consultation, he was already well informed. I called two other providers. One gave me an estimate, but just for the driveway and didn't seem to have a comprehensive service. The other provider and I played phone tag for a week, but he didn't pursue my business and didn't seem to have a professional set up like Isbir Construction did. We decided to go with Isbir because they could do everything that we need to have done, and even gave us suggestions about how to reconfigure the driveway in front of our house so that the rain actually goes into the storm drain instead of down our driveway as apparently it had been for years (we moved in recently). Mike received necessary permits from the City and had new asphalt installed to make it work. He also coordinated with the gas company to make sure that they wouldn't hit lines. Also, because our driveway shares a curb with our neighbor's driveway, he made sure that our neighbor approved and even talked directly with our neighbor to answer any questions that he had about the work. During the time that the work was being done, Mike and his people were really hard working. The job went smoothly, but even when we had small requests to change things, they were taken care of immediately. Sometimes they would show up on Saturdays (and once even a Sunday) to make sure that every detail was taken care of. The end result looks fantastic, and all the drainage is working perfectly. We used to get a big pool of water at the bottom of our driveway, and now even when it rains really heavily, all the water goes into the drains as planned. Our job was a big one, and felt expensive, but the idea that one provider could do everything that we needed to have done on time and with such high quality was worth the cost.
