InsideOutside Spaces built our patio area 4 years ago. It included paver stones and a rock wall with an area to insert our grill and also a small pergola for some shade. We have been very happy with the finished product. Recently, the inner-side of the grill area settled a little and caused the table-top stones to become loose. Rosalie arranged for her stone mason to come out and repair it at no charge. I appreciate that they stand behind their product.

We hired this company to update our back patio, change out our fireplaces with new inserts, and build an elevator to three floors of our house. The job is not complete but we have enjoyed working with them.

The customer service experience was terrible. Be careful signing the contract - it all changes after you do that. She refused to give us any time frame on the project. Tried to move the start date around to make sure the first payment came in, but never was able to actually start the project. The actual project itself turned out nicely (which is why I did 2 stars instead of 1), but it was a battle at EVERY turn. Even at the end she said we'd get someone out to fix tile that was already broken and that never happened. Predictably.
