The good: - design is beautiful - the lawn guy worked hard, we’re always respectful and did a nice job overall The bad: - William is absolutely horrible at communication. Many times he claimed to not get our email only for us to show him that it was sent out weeks ago. An example: he asked us to email him a list of our plant preferences. We complied well in advance. He didn’t read the email and planted plants that we did not want. When I pointed that out and requested it to be corrected, he was a little rude and acted annoyed. - William literally took hundreds of seedlings we had in our yard that we had asked him to replant in the yard as needed and the rest we planned to relocate to the backyard. We were under the impression that he was removing it so that he could replant it…. Because we specifically asked him to do that. Instead, he took hundreds of our plants and instead planted new plants that he then charged us for. - they put down new sod on the side of the house but didn’t check to see which way the fence gate opened. And now, the gate can’t be opened because the sod is too high. I brought it to his attention and he promised to fix it and never did. And now we are stuck with this problem. - we spent 30 k dollars on this project. And we only did this with the understanding that they would be able to do the lawn and yard maintenance. We were even willing to shell out 10 k additional dollars a year for the lawn maintenance. The first day they come for maintenance work, his own workers pull out frog’s fruit plant that they planted because they thought it “was a weed.” William was supposed to replace this plant but never did. - they came a second time for maintenance and left half the property without weeding or deadheading the plants. When I texted him that I’m a little disappointed with the work but i probably just need to adjust my expectation and would appreciate a call, he blew up on me and canceled my contract. He’s left me with multiple projects that I now have to fix including the gate, the infected lawn which I haven’t mentioned as well as needing ti find someone to do our lawn work. I am so beyond disappointed in William. I had high hopes that given our mutual love for native plants, we could have had a nice working relationship. But many times he was so unprofessional.

I use and have used Dickerson Landscaping services for many years. They do maintenance work at my home, business and also my 82 year old mother's home. The quality of work done is always tops on a constant and regular basis. The crew leader, Anthony, seeks feedback and is always happy to do the "little extras" with a smile. I have also used them for several hardscape projects at my home and business. Creative designs are executed exactly as they are planned. I am very happy with the work this company does and has done for me.

I have used William's services both for landscaping plans and landscaping work and have been very satisfied with the results. I also know at least a dozen other persons who use his services and are likewise satisfied. In addition their prices are very fair and the level of professionalism is very high.

Wonderful service! They are always great. Do a good job and show up when I call them. I would recommend them to anyone.
