Steve and Lori Weaver founded the company in 1992 and had three employees and offered five services. Since then, the company has grown to more than 35 employees and expanded to offer more than 100 property care services to homeowners and businesses in Lancaster, Chester, Berks, and York counties. When we first started Clean Energy Maintenance, we wanted every service we performed to be driven and informed by a customer-first philosophy. Our customers have come to expect the highest quality service from us, and we like it that way. Our goal is to enhance each property under our care by drawing on our extensive experience, working closely in partnership with our customers, and continually listening to and addressing their changing needs.
