As a landscaper and handyman I carry out various odd jobs such as minor repairs, maintaining property and performing renovations as needed. Jobs may also include, but not limited to: lawn care, painting, drywall repair, cleaning gutters, landscaping, irrigation repair, furniture assembly, fence repair and much more!!! I first meet with the client and learn what needs to be done. Next, I discuss the manner in which the project should be approached. Finally, before the work begins I provide the client with an approximation of the costs associated with the proposed project plan. At this point I manage myself and any helpers, so that we are on task and performing up to my level of perfection. We complete all tasks in a timely and professional manner.
