Estimates are free of charge, we do charge for design work & consultations. Maintenance packages must include a minimum of 2 services and are set up as 1 or 3 year agreements with a flat monthly fee. I wish I could give 0 stars. I would really get details in writing with this company. In March' 2022, they tore out my backyard and added, as requested, a layer of crushed gravel over the grassy part of my yard. They neglected to add a barrier fabric between the excavated dirt and the gravel. The weeds started growing through the gravel as soon as we had rain. Repeated calls to the owner and the project manager were not returned. I would not recommend this company. Once they get your money, they do not attempt to resolve any issues. VERY unhappy after spending $11K with how this turned out. I will need to do additional hiring to correct the issues.

I had 2 rather large projects delivered from Baldi Gardens last Fall. I experienced great customer service, personal attention and updates throughout the project. The quality of work was excellent and my yard is gorgeous!
