We were very disappointed with the quality control and professionalism from AHS. We found that they didn’t anticipate or adapt to any issues - most significantly that they failed to advise us that we needed a permit for driveway work. This led a shutdown from the city and several month delay while we had to get the correct permits. Once the permit was issued at the start of July, AHS demonstrated no urgency in finishing the project and took until last week in mid-November to have the final touches completed. Due to our frustrations with AHS, we never even pursued the trees and softscaping that we had put together with their designers, and missed an entire growing season as a result of their delays. We also had issues with AHS’ project manager presenting the work to us as completed with significant and obvious deficiencies. I can surmise that he never inspected his crews’ work or had inspected it but was okay with the subpar results. Among the obvious deficiencies were lacking backfill around drains, exposed clay without river rock coverage in a side area, irrigation heads sticking up well above grade, irrigation lines not being buried, irrigation lines being left in the middle of a garden bed where trees are to be planted, and forgetting about putting down mulch. We ended up narrowing the scope of our job and will be getting lighting and planting done through other avenues as AHS did not demonstrate any ability to provide a properly finished and polished project. Anyone hiring AHS should expect to have to act as a project manager themselves; I found I had to extensively research the requirements of each facet of our landscaping and inspect every step of the project as our AHS project manager did not do so himself.

AHS provided high quality workmanship and worked closely with us throughout the entire process to ensure that our project was completed to our specifications and within our budget. They designed and built a retaining wall, walkway, driveway, and other landscaping features (artificial turf, lighting, custom drainage, etc.). Eugene, Kin, Rinat, Enrique, and team were an absolute pleasure to work with! I highly recommend AHS and will hire them again for future projects.

Working with Kin, Rinat, Igor and Team were great. From starting the design to the completion everyone was was very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us get our patio work completed from the front to the back in a weeks time. Igor and team did a great job communicating with Rinat to let us know when we needed to make adjustments. The work they did was clean and meticulous. Would highly recommend them and will be having them come back to do more work.

Provided good quality workmanship of patio, gazebo, and deck at reasonable rates and the project manager was always available and helpful!

I am very pleased with the services from Action Home Services , they installed the irrigation system this summer, team is very efficient, professional and punctual. Communication is easy and prices are reasonable. Renat came for winterization , service was smooth and fast, he also offered to fix a pipe that I damaged . Very nice.

I wish I could give this company 10 stars - they were absolutely amazing! Their expertise in the landscaping industry was evident from the very beginning, as they provided me with clear guidance on everything that needed to be done in our landscaping and even opening up walls to create an additional room. My experience with Action Home Services was fantastic from start to finish. We had an old retaining wall in our backyard that was failing. Requested a quote through Homestars and Eugene was out to meet with me within 2 days. After our initial discussion we decided to expand the project beyond just the wall and have our entire back garden area updated. Beyond the excellent reviews that Action had on Homestars, what caught my interest in them was the landscape design services they offered. Our experience with the design team was awesome and it really helped us to be able to see how great the transformation could be. We met with our project manager Rinat and within a week work started. Enrique and his crew were great and did a fantastic job. We are so impressed with not only the quality of their work but how quickly they were able to get the project completed. Cannot say enough great things about everyone at Action that we dealt with from Eugene in sales to Shilin on the design team and especially Rinat, Enrique and his team. The transformation in just 12 days in incredible and we could not be happier. Already thinking about our next landscape project next year and will definitely be contacting Action again.

I used Action Home Services to complete a full renovation of my house. I was very happy with the process and final results. The shopping days months in advance helped to visualize the design and keep the project on track. There were some delays due to the unexpected but communication was good and the Team worked extra hours to try to make up. I was looking to get a quote for a pool.Found Action Home on Google. Brilliant design, Renat's superb project management, an outstanding renovation team, and experienced tradespeople resulted in a spacious, functional, not to mention beautiful basement that far exceeded our expectations. At the heart of this renovation was Renat, our project manager, and his attention to detail, responsiveness, and dedication to our project was exemplary. He kept the project moving, helped us make informed decisions along the way and was never satisfied until we were.

The entire project when smoothly and to plan. AHS helped us design a pool to meet our needs and estimated budget. Their in-depth knowledge allowed us to quickly assess and select what features were important to our family. They committed to a project timeline and budget and exceeded our expectations. The worksite was always clean and extra care was taken with surrounding gardens and landscape. Every detail is taken into consideration, and the quality stands above others in the industry. It makes a difference when you hire a contractor that spends their workday at the job site. Now, 3 years after the installation the follow-up service and support has been phenomenal. Most contractors overpromise and under delivery, but no AHS.

We had two trees trimmed and the canopies opened up, part of the front yard leveled, and new sod installed. The work was well done in a timely fashion, the price was fair, and Action Home Services was easy to work with. Excellent cleanup, accurate scheduling and quote. We hired AHS to remodel our old kitchen. We are young couple who just bought a house and we wanted a new and updated look. We met a few contractors but AHS gave us a few ideas that we really liked. They did a 3D design to show us out it will look like at the end. The remodeling took almost a month, the crew was great and professional. Communication was good. Our project manager visit our home every day and made sure we are satisfied. We are very happy we chose this company! Thanks again!

Renat did our bathroom Reno over a year ago. He was unbelievably knowledgeable in his craft and so friendly. He was very professional and kept on time. We noticed a bit of bubbling in the paint just this month. Even though it was after the year warranty he came within the week to fix our issue. Finally new driveway. I extended my driveway due to lack of parking space in dt. These guys provided me with engeneer and designer to get the job done. It took them less than a week to excavate everything and bring my new driveway to life. Great guys, very hard working

I hired this company to re do my back yard. Also we wanted to add a pool to make it more suitable for the kids. John came very quickly and gave us the estimate. Later in about 2 weeks Eugene and his crew came in. The crew leader, Qais, was very quick and professional with ew everything he did. I would like to recommend AHS as a good landscaping company,because they have completed backyard renovation for me and I’m very satisfied with results! Project was to rebuild patio,fix interlocking and install new grass as well as a few flower beds. John was very professional and provided me with estimate right away, we scheduled the work pretty quick in the end of August, within the next 3 weeks the project got started. I was very worried that the team would not fit in my timeframe,since I has to leave on vacation and didn’t want to leave the project unfinished,but they did a great job finishing everything the day before my trip! My asphalt driveway was old, had so many cracks and level was not perfect at all. My wife and I decided to add a fresh look to our driveway and install interlock instead of asphalt. I hired Action Home Services for that. They demolished my asphalt driveway very quick and Eugene helped me to choose the most durable stones for driveway. They installed them in the next few days and result of this was out of our expectation. The level is perfect and stones are great. Overall, great experience with these guys. Next year I am thinking about new deck, please , reserve a spot for me.

We’ve hired Action Home Services to fix the eroding slop in our backyard. Our beautiful backyard slope was washing down water onto the patio with every rain. It was only a matter of time before the whole hill came tumbling down. Our close friend suggested Action Home Services to help us and we are extremely satisfied, the problem disappeared. They used layered plantings of deep- and shallow-rooted trees, shrubs and ground covers to prevent water runoff. Also they redecorate the slope with boulders and stone retaining walls to gradually flatten the incline and slow drainage. Eventually, our backyard looks much better and does not threaten the patio. Highly recommend!
